1.7 ghz dual core 1 gb ram vs 1.5ghz quadcore 2 gb ram
i am noob in phone specs
i would like to know which is faster and which is good in handling multiple apps
just disregarding the ram i would like to know if which clock speed with associated cores will be better for everyday use, as of this time i can only afford the sp, but i will be able to get enough for zl by the end of the month.
btw thanks for offering z but it is not included in my options, it has great slick design but all glass is not for me that's why i came with zl as an alternative
again i ask for your expert opinions since i have never been with sony since 2003, but i will be ending my crave for their xperia phones by this month
Is this mobile is good Should I buy it plz tell me my budget is 20000
The firmware update 12.1.A.1.201 is available OTA on my phone.....but one thing......its size is just 9.4 MB, which has left me a tad surprised as it is much smaller than i expected......is it a similar size for all of you?

however instead of buying xperia ZL why not choose xperia Z? they almost have the same specs. but then Xperia Z is made of glass which made it look good and also it is water resistant. ZL is not

Just received OTA update. Updated in 20 minutes.
Screw the PC Companion. I just wasted 5 hours on that and it's still only 50% done.
Anyways, i believe Sony has fixed the major bugs of our Android 4.3 update :_
1) No more lags. FINALLY!
2) RAM only 50-60% used. Now I have 400MB++ Free RAM
3) Notification light bug fixes

(1) Came... moreHi, there just finished the update around 4am in the morning, the update is mainly for bug fixing and software optimization.
1.) i didn't notice any change on camera it is still the same
2.) performance is better, the lags that we guys experience before is no longer showing, which means the phone is now fast and responsive again, i didn't notice any lag when opening apps and while switching between apps.
3.) battery performance drastically improved a lot. before when my phone is fully charged and when i play music for one hour it will go down to 91%. but now it only went down to 97% which means battery performance was increased as well.
4.) temperature ? i noticed it didn't heat up that much anymore when i played GT racing, before it heats up when i play it for like 30mins, but now it doesn't heat up that much anymore
5.) i didn't notice any bug .
other things that i noticed
just like what Cory Chasez said previously..
1.) our picture is now showing on messages conversation.
2.) illumination light, lights up properly now even in full volume.
3.) the volume bar is showing now when we apply downloaded theme.
4.) RAM MANAGEMENT improved a lot, before it always eats up a lot of ram like 80% all the time even when idle now i noticed my ram usage only runs to 60%-69% all the time. a great improvement on ram management.
