I am not a smartphone user but planning to buy one, SP is perfect for me, hopefully Sony will release this in SG, no need of quad core, octal core, i could always use my office laptop for more processing power
Anonymous, 19 Mar 2013LG optimus F7 and sony Xperia SP.,. Which is best?Of course the XSP, only 2 items for F7, battery and RAM.
the price will over load ... according to other mid range phone.....
This phone is heavy!!! What is the reason Sony? That could stop me to buy it. But all other specifications looks very good.
a cell with 4.6' screen and weighing 156g having android 4.1(even though 4.2 available).obviously that's not gonna be my preference.
anoyone know if the screen glass used is the same as the one on the xperia z?
*1 GB RAM !!.....*
*BRAVIA ENGINE 2 !!....*
*HDR VIDEO !!....*
Pls update this specs soon.... !
wow.. this is the combination of Xperis S for bigger HD Sceen, Xperia P for aluminium unibody, Xperia U for iluminating lights, and Xperia Sola for glove mode. amazing Four Xperia 2012 line in one Handset Xperia SP.
and the Corning gorilla glass attached.. i see the white paper in sony developer site. this is the great job from sony.. if the price is reasonable.. i will buy this phone. but my dissapointed is why use the 1 GB ram? why not take 2 GB RAM.. i'm affraid will be same fate with some Xperia 2012 will not get Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie..
AndrewRockie, 18 Mar 2013Battery is huge! Dual core Krait + Adreno 320 for a 720p screen = BEAST PHONE 1GB RAM is go... moreI was thinking it lacks I was hoping if posible a dual kore krait with 2 gb of memory cause my replaced xperia s lacks only the memory. as android user it really eats up memory.
Faisal01, 18 Mar 2013would this phone be better than the xperia tx? because im buying the tx in few days so kindly ... moreBattery is much larger, unique power button, new camera sensor, more advanced SOC, one weakness is the internal memory of 8gb vs 16gb for TX.
