Which is Better. i know nothing is Best and can't ... morewell its upto you if you like the design both have distinct designs and are very good if you want speed T is better but you would not feel any noticeable difference between the two T is latest so better specs a bit bigger screen but same resulation a bit pricey but dust and water proof
But its about the personal likes and dislikes choose which ever suits you
I love the design of xperia s but its not water proof:-(

Bcz samsung's JB system requires 256mb RAM where Sony's requires nly 198mb..!!!

It just turn off WiFi, GPS, Data traffic, Bluetooth etc.... moreJB features like:- Project Butter (latest kernel 3.4), Widgets get automatic resizing, faster Predictive Keyboard, offline voice typing (Roaming voice typing), New Camera Application, Android Beam enhanced, Notifications improvement, Search gets a new user interface, google now etc
besides these, sony has replaced its time scape ui with a new one named flow ui...
it is thought that butter project, google now offlne voice requires more RAM... In addition, flow ui, gpu and other apps like fb integration will use some more ram...How much ram is being used after updating to JB?

If I close my apps (viber, whatspp, fb, games etc) I get about 450 - 500 free ram which is enough for me, I play a lot but i've never experience any "lag" even with demanding games.

u have 803mb available RAM... what about amount of free ram?
JB needs nly 200mb ram for system.!!! Is sony provide all the feature of JB in this update?? :S

There has been an improvement in camera, we can take photos while recording also effects etc.
We can also add more pages to the home screen, it's like the Xperia Z.
There are also lots of cool improvement.
Before update my score on Antutu Benchmark was 9800 after upgrading to 4.1.2 Jelly Bean I got a score of 11500.
The phone still heats a lot and battery still sucks tho

This phone has 1 GB RAM already, you won't fin... moremore free ram means more working space nd more performance.. 1gb ram is enough bt if u look at the newer gadgets: latest xperia z, and other phones with JB like SGS3, there is 2 gb ram.. May b JB requires 2gb ram for smooth performance.. :|
sm1 plz post here RAM usage details after updating to jb. So that we can make a dcsn about the ram performance.

You can try factory reset. And install back your required apps. Although a tyring process but might take you out of misery of slow performance. I have updated to JB and phone is performing awesome.
One thing I noticed just after update certain applications were not responding like viber was crashing and restarting so I uninstalled those applications and reinstalled and now all is good.

Now to the reality: even 512 MB RAM phones like xperia J and LG Optimus L7 will be getting JB so I don't think it'll make any difference in RAM usage.
