Updates are very important to some people, unless Sony is only interested in the loyal customers they have already.

Sony Ericsson, now Sony, make good phones. They have good design with superb sound and camera quality and though they use old chips, the only thing I'll hold against them is making customers wait ages for an update other companies have provided their customers. Who knows, by March android may have moved to another version and Sony will still be planning on seeding the 4.1JB.
If Sony can work on this we'll be happier with our xperia phones.

i have been using the xperia arc s i am jst worried about buying a handset and waiting foy an update of the software i am due for an upgrade after feb so will i buy it already updated i started using sony with the w550 walkman then the k750 i am hooked i am looking @the xperia T as my next one realy sounds good

users who have bought xperia smartphones are always happy with its camera and sound quality. i and my room mates are havin different makes, one has s3, one has apple i5. comparing camera, xperia T is was the best. sound quality unbeatable, s3 sucks. the one who was getting blur photos, please learn to use auto focus. battery life, every smartphones are same.

i got the Xperia TX - it has Bloody amazing quality of camera pictures, videos, sound and DISPLAY too. All these are not comparable to any phone available NOW. Good on you SONY - THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!

AnonD-79010, 17 Dec 2012All phones have some issues at one time or the other, even some iphones have wi-fi issues, but... moreit seems you like the laptop on ears(note 2) screen, but the sony screen is the best any day when compared to any phone, i use an xperia sl and i can guarantee you that, samsung may have many settings but all are fake and far from real, merely filling of too much colors to make things look good, try opening pics clicked from slr cameras in your phone and in a sony, then you compare
