The kernel version is 303, update size 404MP.Actually the Jelly Bean update coming to xperia T it's the same xperia z JB 4.1.2 version.

I hate this phone but I'm stuck with it for 2 years now. The camera sucks it's really bad my partners Sony miro can do better sometimes! You can hear the zoom in videos it's always going in and out of focus making a loud whirring even if your completely still,even lookin through the lenses and not filming the picture is really blurry (yes the lenses is clean). And the screen has loads of scratches and rainbow reflections down the right side of the screen from me simply using the touch screen! I've had this phone for 2 weeks I'm so gutted.

Also noticed nothing changed after update. If I'm not wrong I had s3 and before jellybean update there was same sort of small update and then in few days after there was jellybean. So maybe it's something like preparation for jellybean update.

PS. I own the xperia T and the phone outperform S3 and one x in JavaScript and frame rate!

The update it should appear on your phone through OTA over the air updates, then if it's an firmware updates for fixing some bugs you can update your phone direct no need to connect your phone to PC and if it's software update you have to connect your phone to PC! Not sure. Jelly bean maybe by next month Feb.

Didn't receive any update! i know it not the time for jelly bean, but i just plugged my phone and started pc companion, it stated that new update is available, so the phone got updated. i searched in sony website, but the new update was not availabe, it was showing 3.193 something. but my phone got updated to 3.223

Since I have bought this phone, there has been nothing but problems. Internal speaker works only when you don't need it and on occasion the whole phone just freezes and only soft reset (up key + power off) helps. Finally solved this problem by exchanging it for Samsung Galaxy S3 mini. Never again, Sony!

just bought the phone, hdmi output is available in this phone, special port is not given, but could be connected through usb 2.0. one have to buy the connector from ebay for 12 pounds. the phone is awesome. let see for battery usage. hope 4.1 comes soon.

Device has good dimensions for hand BUT they have ruined this with button placement. If something works - there is no need to change for the sake of it.
Power button should be near the top of device if possible. This is becoming mobile phone convention. Having a power button dead center on right side where your fingers rest is a bad idea. You could be reading and suddenly you brush and off the screen goes! Why!!
