Ball-Breaker, 05 Oct 2012Non-removable battery? I hate this new strategy coming from all sides (Sony, LG, Motorola, Nok... morehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planned_obsolescence It's just marketing...
Lloyd, 05 Oct 2012This is one hell of a phone but I think they should also go w/ the corning gorilla glass like ... moreI dont think gorilla glass is important. I had my Xperia Pro for almost a year and no visible scratches when backlit.
However i see the drop tests, SGS3 shatters like crazy with corner impacts, and they didnt have problems breaking iphone 5 as well. Non-gorilla phones seem to not break so easily.
Look up some torture tests in youtube of Xperia Active. So many people used to say "wow gorilla is so strong", but the Active has Dragon Trail glass, theres no way Gorilla would have survived that long, its much to crisp to handle IMPACTS.
Its simple as this: The harder it is, the more crisp it is as well. The softer it is, the more flexible.
Sony has good scratch resistance, and they dont shatter that easily as SGS3 and ip5, there are advantages, i do not want gorilla glass on a big display.
Non-removable battery? I hate this new strategy coming from all sides (Sony, LG, Motorola, Nokia). It seems manufacturers want us to change out phones ASAP. At 800 charge cycles, a phone with a good battery capacity would last about 3 years (top).
I don't wanna pay 600 bucks for a phone that doesn't allow me to extend its life... I could do better with a 250$ mid-ranged tweakable phone with a replaceable battery. I'd still be waiting for a true flagship that deserves my hard-earned pay.
does anyone has the launch date and price in india?
This is one hell of a phone but I think they should also go w/ the corning gorilla glass like other phones.. and also extend battery life.
one of the best brand & product.,..
I having been using the Xperia T for 3 weeks now and I must say, it is amazing!!! I have always been a fan of Sony and Android and was moving from the Xperia S so had a good idea of what to expect...and boy, Sony did not disappoint.
The first thing to note is how quick it is, the 1.5Ghz Dual Core makes navigating through the phone a dream. Couple that with the 4.55" 720p HD Reality Display with Mobile Bravia Engine,( 1280x720, 319 PPI) and the result? Everything you watch looks sharper, better and faster! I didn't think Sony could improve on the Xperia S, but the T has blown me away. The screen quailty is second to none.
The 13MP camera has all the usual features like Exmor R for mobile to give an awesome quailty photo even in low light conditions, Fast Capture so you never miss a moment and 3D Panorama Sweep for those views to really have to capture. However, they have added a little extra, an important little extra like, FULL 1080p HD recording designed to really showcase how amazing the camera and screen quailty of the Xperia T.
It also has a new and improved Task manager that allows you to open Small Apps, switch between open apps and close apps down all in one place which for being such a simple feature, is the one I use the most. The Battery life has improved as well. Still charging it every night BUT it will last a full day even with heavy useage.
The NFC 'One-Touch' Sharing is so simple and easy to use. I have Smart Tags from Sony and have my T set to each of these for a range of different things. Car Mode is set so my bluetooth gets turned on, my phone comes off silent and my WIFI turned off. Work Mode is set to open up my calender, turn my phone on silent, switch off bluetooth and turn on WIFI. You can share media between phones so easily with One Touch as you simply just tap the two phones together. You can do loads with the NFC Smart Tags so simply, so easily!
The Xperia T really is the Ulimate HD experience and the ulimate HD Smartphone And it has stolen my heart.
Well Done Sony. The future keeps getting bigger and better :D
slumberzwatt, 05 Oct 2012i will getting this one if it has more than 1.5GHZ CPU. i'm using Xperia S with 1.5GHZ CPU but... moreXperia T has better processor, even at 1Ghz this will outperform you old xperia. But still, u will never get a lag free ICS phone.

Anonymous, 04 Oct 2012hehe, yes its so good, for him. I admire the skill some people have, to love their own things ... moreWhat are you talking about, he has a feature he wants that is not on this phone but is on his. Only someone simple minded would think it is not a good idea to then get the new phone.
If have a feature that you need/use/want on whatever it is you own, that is better for you to have than a newer model without that feature.
jay, 04 Oct 2012when this is going to release in indiaIt's not
i am waiting to buy this phone..............
Osiris, 04 Oct 2012LOL yep your yperia U is much better than this one LOLhehe, yes its so good, for him. I admire the skill some people have, to love their own things so much that they become the best in the world. Imagine how good it is for them, they can drive an old rusty Toyota and be very happy with it, and even tell other people its the best car in the world.
We can learn a lot from simple minds, sometimes we should be more happy with what we have. Ok, we should not say it is the best in the world, but we should appreciate it more. And maybe i do, im not that unhappy with my Tipo (but i am happy that the Tipo is only temporary eheh)
AnonD-8044, 03 Oct 2012I would get this if it had 3d surround sound of my Xperia U ..LOL yep your yperia U is much better than this one LOL
when this is going to release in india
It has better chip than Samsung Galaxy s3.
kart, 03 Oct 2012does this one suffer from any complaints of washed out display...?Review sites never reports those issues.
I think that Samsung employees are desperate about Xperia T so they setup the whole screen issue.
