i just buy this phone last month the phone is realy good but i cant update my deviced to lolipop ,i download the update after that its reboot and there no update on my deviced it saying could not install what should i do ?

Im using t2 ultra from 2 year,battary proformance is very very nice after using stamina mood, its runing awsome yet but now its lans,what to do??

Anonymous, 05 Oct 2015I am experiencing lagging and freezing on my phoneI used T2ultra dual since november 2014. My opinion is the device is good. But recently I face hanging and lagging issue. Start when texting. It takes few minutes to wait keyboard pops up. And when playing games. It often lagging . I only have one game that I always play everyday. I don't upgrade mine to Lollipop. Thanks God. I didn't after I read many bad comment comes with it. Yep.. T2ultra hanging n lagging after 1year being used. Is that normal? I'm thinking of buying the newone. But the life baterry of this cell is quite good.

Before buying any electronic item, I use to think about Sony.Sony the name because if it's quality only.Last year on 3.10.2014 I purchased T2 ultra dual simply at a price of Rs 22000.In the third month from the date of purchase, I faced a display problem in new Mumbai Kharghar.My display went off. I was not in need of calling to three-four persons wherein I was unable to see these nos because of display problem.There was no option for me to go to local repair service centre.I checked online on Internet about Sony service centre in Kharghar.My. but there was no service centre of Sony in Kharghar.Further more it was taking three to four days to repair this defect.It was shocking for me that there is a poor service of Sony after sales.In the 11th month, it's SD card started unlocking.Again I approached to Sony service centre in clinched. That centre told me that my SD card slot is damaged by external force.And the warrantee is void for this reason.This was 2nd shock for me.I requested to Sony that it is not my fault. But it is your fault that you have used slot of poor quality or your workmanship might be poor.I also told Sony that how can a person will damage it's slot externally by paying Rs22000 for procurement.But SONY didn't listen to me.Further when I enquired with local repairing centre, they told me Sony has purposely designed the SD card slot on its motherboard so that when there will be problem, you have to change the mother board at cost of Rs 7000.Whereas with other mobiles like Samsung it was easily available with Rs 300.
I just learned a lesson that now I should never buy a product of SONY.The big chitting company with a big brand name.Remember this can happen with anyone.People should always think about running brands like Samsung or another local brand like micromax as these brands may run atleast two years without any defect.
Next month I bought Micromax mobile costing Rs 7000 with all the facilities with internal memory of 16 Gb as against Sony mobile internal memory of 5GB.I request to all, think more before going for the big brand like SONY .But go with running popular brands or with other brand having similar features of low cost so that you will not repent in future if any thing happens with your mobile.If any one needs I can share my communications took place with SONY.

Sun, 06 Oct 2015my phone t2 ultra have hanging problem what i do.......???Seriously? Your phone hangs? I have been using Xperia T2 Ultra since December 23, 2014 and it never hangs. The only thing I hate in this device is the camera functionality at night or dark scene, it doesn't take good photo in the dark. You will have to be very steady to take photo without too much blur in the dark. But on daylight, photo quality is good. It is very good. Anyway, with the hanging problem, I always clear cache and misc files. I don't think it would lag if I don't clear it. Just take a good care of your phone.
