Hi!
The lollipop update made the t2 ultra really slow and it freezes much of the time. To solve the issue, do a FACTORY RESET. It will solve all the update issues.

It was a great phone when I bought it, but after the lollipop update it has become dead slow, hangs often takes ages to open apps, camera struggles indoors works in slow motion, waiting for a good software update to fix these issues, although I really love my T2 but it's troubling me a lot.

unni, 12 Jun 2015How you installd factory reset?Factory setting is not something that you need to install. Just go to setting and look for factory reset..then click reset

upgraded to lollipop and reset to factory settings.. still no major issues with it.. 24hrs data on with LTE mode and running facebook & messenger, gmail, viber mostly.. never stuck.. always shows free RAM of 200MB.. love this device truly ..

Guys, please dont upgrade ur handset to lolipop, because i just upgrade from kitkat to lolipop, after update handset become very slow, battery backup lost, music player not working, voice call not working,not able to selct the home window, apps become interupted and lots of hanging problems. i advise you to use the same version. pls dont upgrade.iam really fedup with the upgradation. :( unnikrishnanb9@gmail.com

It freezes nearly everyday, bugs all the time, the touchscreen is terrible, not nearly enough internal memory, it's really powerful and screen resolution is great but I don't think it makes up for the tons of issues it has..still, for it's price, it's ok

i switched off my phone then plugged it in my laptop to charge.when i switched it back on,it didn't power.it has failed to work since.what could be the problem?

After I installed the Android 5.0 Lollipop Update it has become really slow, hangs a lot but some improvement can be done by turning of the 'vibrate on touch' option in the settings. but still sometimes bcomes slow but it is now far better than before. Try it.
