I hv this lollipop too. So . . . After factory reset what OS is your phone running on? Is it in jelly bean or kitkat. Because my sony t2 is start with jelly bean and I'm affraid if it can not back to kit kat.

After the updation of lollipop,fone is hanging,less sound clarity,when making a call getting too much times,when i was using kitkate i chose some contacts as my favorite but after the updation the favorite screen is blinking,taking too muxh time for boot,totaly mistaken,the sound clarity is poor now,very bad opening for this now..,very useless updating,stupid

I am using this phone since it was launched.baught it at 24000 rs.I am using it at its extreme level,but it works like anything.Its awesome phone from sony.its now cheaper also.selling at 19-20 k.evrrything is just above the level.works perfect with 4.2.
Pros:
Greatest bettery backup in the history of smartphone.
Zero heating even when u r using it when its in charge.
Great camera primary camera.
Big screen.
Never hangs, bus just avoid using other brands accessories with it.
Awesome music as sony is the best in music.
Perfect touch, u can even operate it without touching the screen,its magic thing about it.
Very very slim n sexy look.ppl would like to touch your phn for a once.
Pros:
When you records video,it blurs the content sometimes,so u can not shoot a full hd vid,u will have blured vid for some seconds.
Poor secondary camera.
Other brands accessories is rarely compatible with this model,but u can use nokia handsfree for u blast n bass music.Nokia wh-208.
Go for it without thinking of its cons.its a history phn frm sony,everthing is just perfect.

some times its speaker is stop suddenly
it hangs many time
its charging port is not working
this is the worst phone i ever seen
so plz do not buy it.

Sometimes the phone's speaker stop working suddenly. That time either have to use headphones or loudspeaker mode for calling.
secondly, while caling, the sim1/sim2 selection pop up dosent come many time.
After the last update the phone is getting hang very frequenly. how to downgrade!!
