I had a bad experience with sony xperia t2 ultra dual. I used the phone for 1 yr and 6 months and the mother board along with touch is damaged.And now it is of no use.

best phone ever i used except front camera, i used t2 ultra dual for more than 2 years(aug 2014 to sept 2016) never go to service centre for any problem. after two year of use i switched to LG G3 , BB z30 and i found that my Sony T2 ultra dual was best phone i used . now within one month i am fedup by LG G3 and BLACKBERRY Z30 and yesterday i ordered MOTO X PLAY. i dont know whats experience i would get from moto but my experience is with SONY XPERIA T2 ULTRA DUAL

please don't buy sony mobile.
you are not going to get a good experience.
worst customer care service. and the mobile have many defects. some of i faced are
1)mobile was bend
2)batter backup was bad after one mont use
3)power button failed
4)volume button failed
after buying sony mobile. you will only get time to go at service center.
better buy some other brand.
saying this from my experience
and another thing is . for maintenance sony is costly. for changing a part they may ask to change entire board.bad service

t2 ultra users can you please help me out
after upgrading to the latest version
around first 10 contacts were saved through google account
but after that whenever i tries to save any contact
it gives two option of to keep as local or to create a new account
on selection the create a new account it shows an error of new account cannot be created
can only save contacts on the phone only by keeping them as local
any idea how to fix this ??
