Can i ask if you mean to make Factory Data reset.
I just want to make sure before i do it as it would take me 5-7 hours to make the phone as it is now?

Hi i m using this phone frm last 4 mnths..the phone is awsome....bt i hav only one problem that when u r attending call u never able to listen other persons call clearly...i only hav network issue...it happens sometome

Last mont only i bought this mobile.. Net seems very slow and keep on hanging while using it. While using Flash on camera, the image quality becomes very poor and flash light affect the images also. total cost i spend for the mobile is waste..

Why is the sound recording quality so poor??
the recorded video is very good quality but sound is very poor. how can I solve this problem?

guys i feel there are laks of issue about this phone.i purchase this phone 1month earlier facing prob....continuous hanging..and a major issue is of network1 slot has good network n the other dosen,t i finally decided to exchange, all shopkeepers say no resale value...they ask for 12 to 13 k..where else i purchase in 23.5 k...pls don,t go for this phone...

I was upgrading my phone software but mobile got hanged and could not complete the process of upgrading now my phone is in which mode i don't know i am only getting message on screen connect the phone to your computer to complete the software update but its not connecting i had tried everything
