Can't move or delete or rename any files in sd card after kitkate update. And can't hide files anymore. Tried almost every file manager from appstore but didn't work. This is really annoying and sony need to fix this.
hey, guys any 1 help mee for wi-fi problem itz not connected n my phone y i don't no plz help me :-(
I bought this last week, lucky enough to get upgraded to Kitkat at the showroom itelf!!! ( with my free GB data). went for T2 after checking MM Knight, lumia 1320 & gionee
Pros: Awesome connectivity with multiple devices, i have sony Bravia Tv & sony home theatre- NFC & throw apps are just a touch n go...wifi direct gets connected in seconds... never faced issue in 1 GB ram as all the apps are moved into SD card, No doubt this is a Wonder machine in 3G network .Recovered complete contacts from my old android phone through free app xperia transfer... listen to Music with boom headset in treble boost or with external BT speakers...great
Cons: Size- difficult to handle with one hand..Earpiece volume too high- people around you can hear... battery would be ok for normal 9 to 7 workstyle, for those who are on 3G round the clock need inbetween charging- also takes time to charge. Downloads of apps from playstore takes time...spent additional bucks for carry case & screen guard, but worth on 6 inches display .
for those who have experienced Android apps & usage.. this would be the choice ...you will love it...
This is a beast from sony... have been using it from past 3 months and see no lag, have not restarted the phone since i bought it, the major points are 6 inch bravia display and humongous battery life. browsing internet, watching videos are delight on this phone. Recently upgrated to kitkat via OTA and its amazing, apps can now be moved to SD card through upgrade. People complaining about RAM.. I use heavy games like Contract Killer and Real Racing and see no lags in the performance... recommend to buyers who wish to purchase a phablet in the range of 20-25k must go for it. Additional purchase required are a good quality headset to enjoy music as the standard supplied headset is of very inferior quality + screen guard + a good phone cover to protect from scratches..
GO FOR IT!! you will not regret
The phone will get 4.4.4 update in August 2014 which will fix many bugs and bring new features.
Don't panic if there are some issues after 4.4.2 update. The good part is Sony is pushing updates unlike other some other companies that sitting ducks and don't even look at devices which once they called FLAGSHIP devices.
i am confused weather to buy Sony Xperia T2 or Sony Experia Z1.
my requirements are heavy games, cameras & movies.
I have updated t2 to Kitkat and its ok.. this is best for games displaynis awesome.
I am using this phone for last 2 months....One of the best phone but it lacks in few area
1. RAM (It could have been 1.5GB instead of 1GB)
2. Internal Memory (App storage could have been 12 GB instead of 4.68 GB)
3. GPU (It could have been Adreno 320 instead of Adreno 305)
But i haven't came across any problem with this phone. After the kitkat update my internal spacing problem got resolved. I have moved all movable apps to my 32GB SD card. I am using this phone for heavy gaming, Camera (Different Apps available for camera - Trust me you will love it),Sketching, Sharper Images, Last but not least One of the best phone with longer battery capacity.
If you are not interested better Go for Moto X (Best Alternative for Sony T2 Ultra)
I love my Sony T2 Ultra....
