Any Xperia user Please answer how is the voice quality in earphones. i took my earphones with me to test and the sound that came out of the headphones was very low , if i were in a crowded place i would have not heard it . so please tell is it the same with original headphones that came with tipo

[deleted post]for more powerful in low price( higher a bit than tipo) sony ericsson called phones ( which now the responjsible for their updates and production is sony) phones are more capable!

i jus got this tipo n i shud say dat this is THE BEST andriod cell in dis price range....awesome buttery smoothness,nice battery backup,android 4.0 wich works awesome...and it supports many awesome games like frontline commando,modern combat,asphalt7 etc etc etc and works gr8....if guys lukin 4 new android cell in dis price range den jus go 4 xperia tipo don think twice or thrice jus buy it....love tipo!!!!!!!!

Anonymous, 14 Sep 2012People who are commenting about SAR values clearly don't understand what it is or how it works... moredude, the limit 1.6 has been set for a reason. it has been set by scientists and researchers who do not read articles like you do but perform their tests and research in a lab of their own. BTW the article does not specify that 1.6+ is acceptable.

As you might be knowing that Android phones do not have a very good battery backup. If u add one more sim card to that then the backup will be lesser. In addition to that I've seen that many dual sim phones have a problem with signal reception, so don't take any chances go for the single sim variant. If u want to have more than one sim ard then buy any nokia dual sim phone as your secondary phone. It will cost u around 1200-1400 INR for the lowest model.

all of you debating about JB just look here. the version number of a software is in the form of 4 numbers a.b.c.d. the numbers in order are called major, minor, build and revision. The update from android 2.x to 4.x is a major update. The first number changes. The update from 4.0.x to 4.1.x or from ICS to JB is a minor update. The last two numbers are not important, they matter only to us engineers. So theoretically, any device supporting 4.0 will support 4.1 if the company gives that update to that phone. So tipo will support JB. Its up to Sony to give it that update. As far the old kernel of lww is concerned, I'm not too sure about it.

IE9 is one of the best browsers on mobile devices and even gsmarena says that. end of discussion.

i know tipo dual is dual standby phone can anyone tell me when using internet through first sim the second sim is active or not like when calling or recivening from first sim the second sim goes unrechable pls reply

hi angel007 please reply regarding sound quality in earphones. as i told earlier i took my high quality headphones with me to check out the music quality in earphones in a sony store . i found out that the sound is very very low in earphones. if i were in a crowded place i am sure i wouldn't have heard it. so please tell us how do you find the sound quality in earphones ?

Update: Xperia Tipo has 512 ram ( 428Mb user available Ram ). 754MB is phone memory( not ram ).

just saw a new unboxing video. the internal storage is 2.15 GB and for apps it is 754 MB out of which 608 MB is free. So don't think you have the whole 2GB+ storage space for your apps. For apps it is just 608 MB which is actually more than enough to install many apps. If you want you watch it for yourself on youtube.
