i have it from last 7 months...sound ,options all nice , but i noticed that some refresh issues like some times if i selected some names to send message it will not return back for 15 min and i am not able to set the ring tone ,it ll be always unknown only..only english supported ,no other regional languages can read in website or

WORST quality compared to unbranded.
Part of the screen not working now but it's not physical damage - Sony Xperia tipo dual in warranty.
Mumbai, India. Authorised Sony service centre denied to repair my cell Sony Xperia tipo dual in warranty saying physical damage. even if they say display is physically damaged then where is Mobile drop test quality. if company assume its damage by drop then please use logic - if its drop from a 1 feet then sony parts display quality is worst then unbranded mobiles. it should have physical damage outside on body also if company thinks its dropped from more height. what's the use of giving premium price to Sony brand compared to other brands. Sony company highlights their product saying hi quality products. but see the reality. I m giving video of my cell. snap of bill & service centre reports. I myself is a certified senior Technical engineer worked for IBM & Hp. and I knew definition of physical damage. Purchase date 13 December 2012 from ALFA, Mumbai. I have Invoice & box both.
