hi guys
i have brought the phone of xperia tipo dual 2days ago. its a cool phone . however i have problem with its battery .it dont have battery more then 12 hrs ...why ??
what should i do ?? ....anyone know pls help me .

NO Compass application is working with Tipo Dual !! Probably it does not have the compass sensor. It is mentioned in specification though.

Only the sim in which the net is used is activ... morethanx for that but one of my frend told me both sim will work at the time of downloading also.....

i buy this phone before 1 week and i experience a great working capability of this phone. i think it is quite better then samsung's galaxy y or galaxy ace. a much better phone under 10k price. sound quality is too good. it having a more dpi than karbonn a21 and galaxy y. i recommend this phone under 10k price.

Hey guyz i'm confused between nokia lumia 510 and sony xperia tipo? Which one should i select? I have no problem with lumia's internal memory and no bluetooth file transfering.. So plz suggest me?

I got the all new sony xperia tipo dual black.
The phone is awesome at its price range.I will speak only about drawbacks first is sound quality is quite low as much we expect from sony. Second thing is if we use internet from any one sim , the alternate sim range will goes off for a while and comes back automatically, this repeats several times. Charging cable is quite short. Camera is just OK.
Hope sony will resolve main issue i.e dual sim issue soon, and i too will get advantage of it with his next update..hope so :(

Both sims are active.
Downloading:
Only the sim in which the net is used is active
Its not like browsing or downloading
Untill the page loads the other sim is inactive
Since the page loads faster u wont notice it
In short if u use net in one sim the other becomes inactive
Also while u are in call in one sim the other is inactive

Hi friends this phone is absolutely extraordinary but i am not satisfied with dual Sim functionality.We cannot make both the sims in active condition and i think this mobile should have made like karbonn,micromax feautures any way SONY is the brand.
But you may not dis pointed once you buy this mobile and awesome mobiles SONY rocksssss

Harendra Choudhary, 20 Nov 2012Can any one tell about battery backup of this phone ?predicting battery backup on any smartphone is difficult.. but yea this phone has a optimal backup..it give a day's backup on running games, call time for about 4 hrs ,browsing and running background apps..

pls help adv.tkzhi, i all depends on what u do on ua phone...
the tipo's based on android 4.0, has a good touch sensitivity, and good memory...
to add on it has the a considerably good performance... games like temple run work with ease..
the only drawback of this phone is with the cam ie just of 3.2MP while the ace has a 5mp with flash...
I am a proud owner of the Xperia Tipo Dual and i recommend u this one if u are a fan of android n have great things to do with the Play Store...
