i just have one question that is why on earth sony has taken a step back and opted for TFT screen instead of LED backlit? I love the TX infact I am a loyal user of all products of SONY and my next is going to be TX. Still someone please tell SONY to make it LED display instead of TFT.

I feel that Sony's product differentiation just limit to the camera and media applications. There is no huge innovation in there products. They are unlike Samsung, HTC & LG they are coming up with huge innovation. Sony is just try to retain in the market they are not ambitious to become market leader such as other competitors.

Barney, 18 Sep 2012Contacted the sony store in delhi ... they hv no idea about the phone ... the guy standing the... morei actually love sony phones. but company's customer support is such worst that i feel like dont buy sony phones. i live in Thane. i want to update my sony ericsson mini pro to ICS. but we dont have service center in Thane. i'll have to go to Dadar for such a small thing.
