and also i want to know the differences in betwee HTML & HTML 5?

As far as the flash plyare is concerned, you need to do install it manually. You can find the installation guide and related files for flash player on the web or XDAdeveloper website. If you are familiar with XDA then this should not be an issue otherwise you'll have some problem initially but it will be well worth it. I am using the flash player in my TX and my OS Version is 4.1.2. Hope this helps.
