Hello all.
Been having tX for more than a year now. I must say it's an impressive device, considering the quality of build. Unfortunately the software that Sony rolls out for it is not satisfying. And the battery's crap, nothing much you can do about it.
But I suggest that you guys root it and flash it with new roms. Trust me, it's a whole new device after that.
Tried all kinds of roms Cyanogen, Rockers, Omni, T2 you name it.
The best i have had so far is Omni, so i suggest you all to try it. There are thousands of sites on the net which provides notes and tutorials on how to root and install new roms, so google it up. Below might be some sites to ease your work a little. Really it's simple. (Unlock bootloader, Flash kernel with Recovery,Root, Flash Rom). Good Luck
1)Unlock bootloader -

2)Recovery, Root (BTW don't use kernel.elf because it's for older version. Instead use boot.img from the omnirom zip file in the link below. Read below before going through this step)

3)Install omnirom-

For downgrading, you need only two things

In Sony blog , it has been posted that Sony had ended Xperia T, Xperia TX, Xperia V. The latest version is Jelly Bean 4.3. Other vendor I think will do the same. For KitKat users, maybe their smartphones will get until Android L and then end, the newer smrtphone release will come with Android L or Android M.
Good bye TX really loved you but now it's time for a change and now it's Z2 all the way, superb phone, just bought it, love Sony.
