guys..i just updated my TX to JB..so far so good and im really happy with this update.just one thing i want to ask, is anybody facing problem lockscreen just become black?twice in my phone.when you push on/off button just xperia logo light up and screen black and im stuck there.need to pull out the battery to reset this phone.if anybody can help, im very appreciate.

just bought this unit 2 nights ago then suddenly it keeps restarting i dont know what is the problem tried updating and reseting the device but same... I am going to return this unit today and have it replace with another same unit....

After the update, I'm facing a few problems:
1. Contacts menu and call log background changed to white.
2. The games I installed earlier in Ice Cream Sandwich, all I cant load. is just stuck in loading screen. Esp Asphalt 7.
3. My facebook Timescape keep pop up at notification stating that 'Tap to Retry', cant refresh.
Is there anyone can assist me on these problems?

Anonymous, 03 Apr 2013How long is the battery life of this phone with continuous usage??Battery life is very poor. continuous usage of upto 3 hours can drain battery. Personal experience of using skype and gaming....

i just got my Tx yesterday and i updated JB today ...
it is great after update..seems im a new beginner of smartsphone..(before this phone im using symbian)and a erricsson old user.....just cant tell the features of the updated thing...

after 1st using jellybean.your phone will take longer time to start after turn the power off.this is normal due to the update that your phone run to be fammiar with the system.jellbean update give new camera setting like superior auto mode and much more adjustment to camera setting just like xperia z and also have hdr.walkman app get more sound setting and have clear audio+ option.the google crome seem much faster than before.battery life and heat reduction improve,new ui adjustment and can set up to 7 homescreen panel.

xperia tx jellbean 4.1.2 is out via sony pc compamion.install pc companion to desktop computer,run it.connect your phone and there will show update available on pc companion.follow the step and you are done.internet connection require to update.

Xyz, 30 Mar 2013Is tx better than samsung galaxy grand?Visit a phone store and look at galaxy grand, the size is horrible, only 5 inch display but monstrous size, like body of a phone with 6 inch display. And it has very low resolution. Truly a repulsive device, do not buy grand!

Why did u comparing x Tx w/ x neo V? they both r in different class, Tx in high end then Neo V in midd end. Tx is better all the way .

And again, it depends on your needs, speed wise (browsing and camera) Tx is better. But for gaming capability, i can't figure why s3 has a lot of games compatible than Tx. So better test it so you can get comfortable with one, before deciding :D
