which is better,in term of performance and less disadvantages,TX or V?

hey sony,samsung,nokia,htc,apple!!! please release a phone with 3.5-4 inch HD display,1900-2100mA battery,about 120x58x8mm dimensions and weight 110gr.camera isn't very important...I want to say:release phones with bigger batteries and smaller but 1280x720 hd screens

I have done some research on this phone, and I'm Sony fan's. Hope my review will help others who interested.
Pros:
*Stunning Design
*Solid
*Good camera quality (Photo make more realistic, extremely contrast or saturated doesn't make more realistic)
Bright and crisp display
Improvement in loudspeaker (compare with Xepria Acro S and Arc S)
Added small apps in multitasking (notepad, timer, and calculator)
Did well in performance (better than some qurd core phone)
Replaceable battery
Cons:
*Bad video quality
*Bad viewing angle and reflection from screen
*Doesn't have latest android version yet, jellybean (planed on next year February)
Home screen button could accidently press when typing on the keyboard
Screen isn't 4.6/4.55 inch (home screen button take place)
No HDMI.
Higher price (compare with GS3)

this is a good rev... moreThis isn't a good review. Many reviews are incorrect. The Cons of the review was stated wrong. It feel solider than GS3, camera are not disappointed but the video quality maybe, dude to slow auto focus.

Weird, this phone is even smoother than my gs 3 running jellybean. Amazing screen and great camera

My opinion, gs3 is worthy and Sony phone don't have much problem. bear in mind, this phone camera was good, but the video quality maybe be disappointed. the weakness can be accepted, by the way I just really like the design.

comparing to the Arc S speaker, which one is better? louder? the TX or Arc S? i'm really satisfies with my Arc S speaker, its loud, clear, the output sound is amazing. how about the TX? better than Arc S?

I hv read many opinions about this phone ovr here and on many othr sites. They all say different stuff sm say its very good sm say its not good(UI lags) . I want to buy a good phone and i heard abt this and i also gs3 too, now i am confused abt which phone to buy cuz both look good.Can anyone plzz tell me which shud i buy and jst one more thing-when will this phone be available in dubai
