Recently have interest in this phone because of it's price and come with dual core processor. I don't like android (i have motorola), but i can't reject that market is mostly use android. I have no problem with storage, my main phone is nokia E5 with 32 gb eksternal memory, xperia u will be my secondary phone in use for internet, social networking, chat, voip, video call, some snap photo.
Before, my target is xperia active (rough phone) and xperia ray (pocket friendly size), but they are already discontinue. miro have same price range with this, so i choose xperia u.. so, is xperia u can fulfill my needs only for internet, social networking, chat, voip, video call, some snap photo?
Thank you ^^
jp, 22 Jan 2013Hey guys
I want to buy a phone to my sister's birthday. I in a dilemma either xperia u or H... moreDesire C have a better battery... It has ICS but it's squeezed too much, and there is no much place for customization... It has memory card slot. Price difference is acceptable, xperia u is dominant in every other aspect. Display, hardware is awesome, if you think 6GB memory is enough, you should buy xperia u.
I was searching a lot when i was buying new phone, and i bought xperia u.
I am thinking of getting this phone but can you put a normal size sim card in it.
[deleted post]ohh and...did you upgraded to ice cream?...and sorry for my english!
[deleted post]Hello friend!
Yes i did received your test and i replied with an email to your kind intention of helping...once again thounsands of thank you's!
you were right, no diffrence...
My only remaining questions about this issue is:
1.did you recorded on a non Android phone because i know that recordings by google apps are only on main mic, and may have some same results...and...i wonder!
(my sended tests to you are recorded on hazel that has a special recording of both mics, with the 'legal' beeping)
2.stil there were 2 or single phone test?
Also i did some research and i found the application Fast Reboot, and did some reset to the phone apps and response that give me no lags and no other conectivity problems, and now only to test again if there was a certain reset to this noise suppresion function...
Maybe you can get some more answers too!
How can we upgrade this phone to androi 4.0?
Either over the air or through the compiter?
I still haven't got any option to upgrade this phone to android 4.0 in the update centre option.
