Caith, 23 May 2013Hi there im planning to buy this phone next month (K.S.A. Region) and this will be my first sm... moreBattery is my major problem. As soon as you buy your smartphone, update it to Jelly Bean. It slightly improves battery performance and it has much better UI. Minor problems: low loudspeaker, vga front cam, phone heats a lot when playing heavy games (around 200MB and up games). There's no such perfect smartphone so you will absolutely face problems with it. My major problem can be solved if you buy this:
And YES, you will be able to play media files from your SD card. Goodluck and Salam. ;)

But personally I'd still go for xperia v (I have one), since you can pretty much impress anybody just by pouring water on it, or by taking a picture while in a pool, or by taking a video under water (within 1 meter depth).
MNL, 24 May 2013Go for Xperia V -Expandable memory -Higher Resolution Camerahtc one s camera takes better pics than xperia v for sure. i have tested it.but the expandable memory is cool but i have heard that its impossible to install software and games on the memory card. is it true ?
Here in the Philippines, the Xperia V and Xperia SP are almost the same price (V is more expensive by a hair). Which do you think I should buy?
Xperia V or Htc One s , which one ?
dont say that xperia v is water proof !!! not a big deal for me.
Caith, 23 May 2013Hi there im planning to buy this phone next month (K.S.A. Region) and this will be my first sm... moreoh and, its an extra ordinary camera phone, trust me, its fast and its good enough to replace your point and shoot camera in most situations. You can even submerged it under water while taking a video, try not to go past the 1m range though.
Caith, 23 May 2013Hi there im planning to buy this phone next month (K.S.A. Region) and this will be my first sm... moreyou can play music and videos from the sdcard, you can actually move applications to the sdcard, but this requires rooting your phone, but I really do not believe that is necessary since you have roughly 2gb + 4gb to spare for your apps, I use my sd card mainly for storing music, pictures and videos
yohoo, 21 May 2013guys who submerge V into water? is there any problem after how many weeks? pls help..I did, took a video under the water in a pool, no problems at all, so don't worry, its designed for at least 1 meter of depth

Caith, 22 May 2013So i must root my phone in order to transfer game apps to micro sd? im planning to buy this on... moreWhy many of you here say that it only has 3.7GB? Its 5.71GB! Trust me I own this phone for several months.
Internal storage 3.71GB
Phone memory 2GB
You can move music, videos, photos to SD card but cant on apps & games. Unless you root the phone. If an installed app is placed on phone memory, you can transfer it to internal storage.
