My wife got this phone its great! But it seems to be missing Emoticons? On my Arc I can select them on the keypad 123 to abc button. How is it done on the Xperia V?

I contacted Sony PH support and they said that my problem is due to Android limitation. I'm really upset coz what's the use of having enormous amount of space available when you're apps would only consume internal storage and unable to be placed in external storage (SD Card). Tsk tsk tsk!
