External is available if you plug in an SD card - however think of Internal as an internal SD card, it's 8gb free space that you can move a lot of downloaded/system apps to.

still the same mistake by Sony increase battery life a 3000 mah battery would be the biggest help you would do to your customers honestly Sony has never learnt any lesson sad increase you battery power

This is insane. SONY thinks that they will finish selling all IONs and then would launch other models but they still have not realized that in India there are people who can buy S3 and iPhones. Lot of people are waiting for this phone. It has already been launched in Singapore with a reasonable price. Surely it can not compete with S3 specification wise but if it will have a right price tag in India like Xperia U then it will sell like hot cake. SONY ! Don't be stupid. Release it otherwise it will harm your business and people would definitely move to SAMSUNG.

Just purchased the V today everything is fine so far but rather confused with the internal and external storage.... I mean all downloaded apps are stored in internal?

Bought it today (LT25i), says 1 GB RAM but when freed the unnecessary programs i end up with 520 MB unused. I have updated it to the latest version (9.0.1.D.0.10) there is no lag but the low on amount of RAM can suffer lag when you use BT and WiFi together (most of the apps uses WiFi connection and runs in the background). There is no HDMI, only charger input, no camera button and miss the option button to get to the home screen (more of a habit). The camera is quite good, not as good as galaxy s2 or s3 (more shaper on galaxy). Other than that its a good phone, but if i were you, wait for Xperia Z.. Alot better and worth the wait. Peace!

Can someone please reply. How is the front facing camera of this phone. I heard it's 0.3 Mega Pixel and it's VGA which gave me a let down because I rely a lot on front facing camera. Does it takes good video and good photos? In comparison with the Xperia T/TX or HTC one S which is it similar or slightly better?
