hay, 25 Dec 2013i dont think it as virus because u phone is having virus guard it is auto updating when u conn... moredont do the software updates after updates this will happen , then u have to remove the software and re - install again
u have go more than 500 mb

i think this is software issue( some file corrupted) what u can do is remove the programme and reinstall
if again problem you have to permanently remove the programme

is this enogh to hang it!!!!

i bought this phone last week . 3 days ago the upper swipe that includes the bluetooth, wifi, hotspot doesn't work. then just today the delete portion for the pictures does have problem. can't delete some pictures. pla help. i already reset it twice but still didn't work. merry christmas! hoping for ur response!

you can use following tips to save battery
1. change mobile network to 3g only
2. deactivate Bravia 2 engine
3 set data connection to connect when screen on
4 Closed all used apps
5 set minimum display contrast and time

i bought it a week ago & downloaded asphalte 8 & was running ... morethis is because of you ram is full
do followings
1. settings--apps --- select the app9(DOWNLOADED) ---clear CACHE
2. settings --- apps ---running apps --- select app ---stop
3. download clean master software and clear all temporary files
if still having problem you have to remove the downloaded software

i bought it a week ago & downloaded asphalte 8 & was running well,after 2 days it began to hangs & make the game pause while playing & make it several time that it is very annoying!!
after the week, it hang in every application even the gallery, when it hang it gives the same result like i have pressed the back bottun!
so plz give me a solution i bought it a week ago!

*The Internet Speed id Awesome
*Believe it or not the camera is better than the Xperia Z , Iphone 4s , Iphone 5 , xperia L , Samsung galaxy S3& S4.
*The Water Proof is real i put it underwater for 15min and it still works awfully not a single drop of water into the phone. plz close the flaps properly.
*The internet Speed is Mindblowing Fast without LTE.
*The Phone is very Light and Nimble and easy to carry.
*The phone doesnt even have a small lag even if i use all the apps at once.
*Mainly the Battery is Removable.
*The headset Quality is awesome.
*for its price its awesome im sure it could compete a higher end smartphones which costs double the price :D.
*what i dont like on this phone is the Battery and its Front Camera :( :'(
