Phone-geeky, 31 Oct 2013lol. u r taking this personally, aren't u ? just relax dude :)Not really. I just don't like know-it- all trolls roaming around to spread lies. Its kinda pathetic.
Today i am going to tell you how to rescue xperia V no matters how much garbage you have installed on it or how many things you have format or deleted.
a) just follow these steps:
b) download a oficial room from http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f778/all-xperia-official-stock-firmware-download-ftf-files-1675273/
i have unrooted my phone and set it as new. I have left it in a shop because the up speaker (calls) is broken (its not my fault). There is no problema with the warranty because they think i havent installed any strange in my phone! lol xdxdxd
Now i am working with my old unbreakable Nokia x3
I brought White colour phone and its silver coating is damaged due to scratches.
they were using silver coated Plastic frame and it was really ugly when silver coated is removed.
They should have done better than this.
anna, 27 Oct 2013I used only 17 days my new xperia v, but when I power on with sim card it shows "emergenc... moreyou may isolate the concern by inserting a different simcard on your handset and try the simcard you get to another phone. if the problem is your sim contact your service provider, if the handset got the problem, contact the person where you get the said device. some of the handset may appear locked to other networks nor have problems
anna, 27 Oct 2013I used only 17 days my new xperia v, but when I power on with sim card it shows "emergenc... moreCheck your sim,it probably wasn't cut properly. I had that problem before, at first i thought it was because of my mobile poor signal reception but when i change my sim it was solved right away.
Phone-geeky, 28 Oct 2013that's because u keep giving irrelevant and unreasonable answersuhmm talking about irrelevant and unreasonable, you dont own a SONY XPERIA V,right? That makes you the most irrelevant, unreasonable and unreliable person to post about the phone here.
great price with a great quality..my battery working fine after rooted! and tweak w. my own tweaks..its awesome! battery last for 12 hours with heavy data usage such as facebook, insta and twitter without logging out
I love this phone, one of the best I've had so far.
I purchased about 1 month ago and I'm very satisfied.
- Neat camera with a very good resolution
- I love the design and quality built, it doesn't feel cheap in your hands. Also the size is perfect, not as big as a Galaxy s3 and not as small as an iPhone.
- Very decent specs (processor and RAM), very fast, never lags and you can have many apps open with no crashes.
- Water resistent! what a big plus.
- Awesome screen resolution, it has the same resolution of other bigger screens phones in the market.
- Very good price for the qualit and specs.
- Great sound quality
- Screen view-angles are not perfect
- Battery life is not as good as Samsung/Apple phones (but it's ok for me)
- Screen brightness is not very good in daylight/outdoors.
- I don't like very much the android skin design of Xperia, but I solved it installing Nova launcher and some beautiful skins.
Xperia V is a middle-end smarthphone with really good specs and design, that easily beats iPhone 5 for a much more friendly price, and it's a perfect on-the-go solution for photography aficionados and pros.
marthin, 29 Oct 2013is it okay to remove the shutter film?you'll compromise the survivability of the phone's screen on accidental drops.
Rooting in six steps:
1)In your phone enable "USB DEBUGGING" from (Menu\Settings\Applications\Development)and enable "UNKNOWN SOURCES" from (Menu\Settings\Applications)
2)connect USB cable to PHONE and then connect to PC
3)Download DooMLoRD_Easy-Rooting-Toolkit_v17_perf-event-exploit.zip from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2366579
4) extract it completely using winzip/winrar,
go to the folder where its extracted and execute "RUNME.bat"
5)Press any key
6)The xperia V Smartphone will be rebooted and you will have it rooted
