Seems Sony have more cases on the column news, but at least they replied. Dunno about Ridwan's case and Wahyono's case, perhaps will be there on the column news tomorrow or some days later

Its general secret, if you join androidID, everyone there know. you'll need to make a open mail for sony, otherwise youll never get your phone fixed.
I am totally dissapointed to see the production of SONY smartphone,they are are releasing smartphone one by one at higher price, why??
Still in 2016 they are fighting & comparing with their Products but they ar not comparing with the products of the world.
Last year z5`s cam lens is made from plastic without any glass protection.
How about this X series? Do they finally put a glass protection on the lens?
Funny thing tho, site video rev shows usual night sample of street below their office, but rev doesnt offer a full res of the same shot.
Guess we aren supposed to compare to othes camera performance.

What I do not like on Sony phones, is that you need Wireless connection to use the LifeLog(properly). On my previous(LG) device it was different.
And anyway I do not understand why they removed the radio on this one.
One thing is for sure, this is not the true flagship of the year. It can't be, because flagships usually are little bit bigger. 5 inch these days is small(at least for me).

Ya, it was the worst.... moreRegarding your experience, I'm sorry for your bad experience. I hope your future phones won't have the same issues like that. In my country, there once a time where the after sales service is really bad, mostly in my current town. Most of them complained that their staffs are very rude, need months for service, sudden death screen or battery, overheating, etc. Now, they seems to have repaired the after sales service (in which I can't say anything since I have never need to serviced my Xperia V since no big issues ever came) also have 3rd party to help them, which makes the complains decreased, but seems the scars left is really hard to be gone (most complain now are cameras not as good as certain brands).
To be honest, I'm not mad with all the comments against Sony (everyone who will buy a phone need to know the goods and the bads and accept them). It's not like it's special only against a certain brand, every brands seems to have their own supporters and haters, or even fanboys and what many said as being paid for to bash (don't know if it's true or not, but if there really are, well, just hope karma got them. Though, there are many info given by them, which could be a plus actually), and there must be those who have real bad experience with the phone themselves and don't want others to have the same bitter experience, each phone brands have those kind of customers. I mean, that's what after sales services are for, right?
What makes me like a little of these "opinion war" (which have some bashing somehow) are there are so many new terms, new knowledge (although I don't understand most of them lol), and they're brought by each standing parties. I'm a noob for all these you see. But yeah, rivalry on opinion is normal and could be healthy and productive, but bad rivalry is a big no. My knowledge is scarce, so I will keep watching and learning the opinions both sides give. I respect your opinion based by experience against Sony, and hope that we could still post our opinion appropriately with GSMArena's rules on the future (I hope this could apply to all keyboard warriors here). Sorry for the long post, instead of a pict, here's a word "POTATO".

Ya, it was the worst. You know I used to play PS. PS is sonys. So after Sony Ericsson became Sony. when I planned to buy a phone, there's nothing else, but sony phones.
It was the worst experience, screen is pale, touch screen error while charging, camera isnt very good, lo light shot with flash is useless, internal storage problem, and I found it dead in the morning, and the worst thing is crappy after sales.

Yeah it's great! :) The S7 and HTC 10 were nice "tries", but nothin' beats a Sony. lol
Wow......... 4 phones?! And I thought life was complicated enough with just one! lol Well, be careful........if you get the XP, you might FORGET you have the other 4. ;-) The camera alone on the XP makes it worth having.
Well hopefully you can get it earlier. Maybe by then a newer Xperia phone will be out too? I got no plans to upgrade for a while though.

-No FINGERPRINT for US, means they REFUSES to pay for patent. (No cost). Others decide to pay to give user best experience and still cheaper.
-Poor marketing. Only promoting product in online forum like this forum. (No cost) bcz they are all salesman in real life.
- Bad after sales. Close many service center. (cost cutting) even appoint 3rd party company for repair. 3rd party guarantee.
Its clear its has biggest margin between cost per unit and price. They want to make profit per unit as high as possible.
Low cost premium price.
Thus a Beast of Flagship Sony!
