I have lost my faith to Sony mobile becz of screen touch problem and also non repairable phone like Xperia Z1. Very poor service received....
how much does it takes to be charged 100%?
if it has fast charging so why does it takes 2.45 hour to be charged?
I believe sony is very good product but now I lost my believe this phone over heating and touch not working and some more screen change color like burning inside this all happen after one month very disappointment
Had this phone for a week now, and its been a great 'companion'. battery life is good and the Octacore processor never gets slow. Screen is brilliant with vibrant colors and the 23mp rear facing camera takes very good pictures. Facial recognition is a nice touch, being able to just look at the phone and it unlocks. after years of using apple products i tried something new. Well done Sony, Great Product, Reccommend.

it is a headache, there was no response from any agent in my area. I will through it as a Garbage
I'm having an issue with the screen specially at the right side..or the edge part when i will use the letter "P" i was to disappointed. if i could only return this.. i thought sony i the best but i was wrong from know on i dont want to try, sony produdcts.
Disappointed 😥 that when i updated the software, the camera became cloudy, too soft from everywhere...

Whenever the SD card has to be changed, the SIM card tray has to be removed because the closure is attached with the SIM tray. This SIM+SD card closure design is very embarrassing.
According to xda it looks like Sony has made the bootloader for the XA1 very difficult, maybe impossible to unlock, so there is no way to root the phone :(
2 big problems in the software are the phone vibration is so weak I can't feel it in my pocket when it rings, and the low battery notification comes up at 30% which is too quick and seriously annoying. The only way to fix these problems is by rooting, so just have to live with it :(
AnonD-654159, 01 Sep 2017Last update gives many problems to me ;but mainly slow charging gives me an irritation on this... moretouch screen problems, had to have it fixed twice.. and it takes a month to have it fixed each time. BTW.. you still have to pay for a fast charger, that is if you can manage to buy one. now i have it being repaired again...

The only touchscreen problems present would probably be with cheap Chinese knock-off/low-quality phones. And what makes you say Samsung is any better?
Worst Product of the decade.
I purchased it but the touch is not worked for minimum 1 month. After giving it in service center, again after 15 days it stopped working. Customer services (CS) playing zigzag games with customers, saying "contact with service center,they will update". They are not going to provide replacement even repeated issue is coming for the mobile. I wasted my Rs 20,000/-, for each service they are taking minimum 25 days. I purchased my mobile to keep it in Sony service center(SSC) alone. Within 4 months almost 50 days it is in SSC (May 5th I purchased), reason they are saying "Spare parts not available". I asked CS that I will proceed with negitive comments about product in social media, they indirectly said "as you wish". At last I loose my mobile replacement for the second time. After this I asked SSC, "if the same issue comes for third time will you replace". They said "No again we are going to repair it".
Camera, performance all are good but why? If touch not works Rs 20,000/- worth is useless even to lift the call. This is the only thing I can do. If any please let me know how to proceed with consumer court.
