XZ is a brick-looking phone that belongs to the stone age. S7 is premium looking futuristic smartphone. XZ looks so out of place today.

I remember this phone costed 750 dollars just 6 months ago. And now it costs 400 dollars. I feel bad to those who bought it at launch. Imagine paying that much amount of money for a phone that doesn't even have 4GB RAM and then saw the price drop like a rocket in no time.

Ali Bashir, 03 Jun 2017Famous, of course, Android now is known as lagdroid because of Samsung, pathetic. Sony phones are laggier than Samsung. My S7 demolishes the XZ in speed and smoothness.

Anonymous, 03 Jun 2017Seriously, after reading your post it seems that it doesn't make any sense, why do you compare... moreYou don't need to download security apps from Playstore on a Samsung phone because it's already built into the OS. Samsung Knox is the best mobile security solution on Android. And you can't have it on non-Samsung Android phones. S-Health is also the best fitness tracker app on Android. You can't also have it on your Sony phone. Sorry. Just two of excellent Samsung proprietary apps and features amongs many that are exclusive to Galaxy phones and superior to other similar apps you can download from Playstore.

Anonymous, 03 Jun 2017The galaxy S7 has all the benefits of iPhone and Android . it has much broader compatibility t... moreWell base on a game review on a youtube, the game gta, in playing with s7, there was alot of glitch and about security of your personal data, it is at your own risk, you must be responsible with it, this is to much for samsung, I know alot of samsung phone users and they never use the features you are talking about.
Anonymous, 03 Jun 2017What features that s7 have that is not on xz and if s7 is ufs and xz manage to keep up to then... moreThe galaxy S7 has all the benefits of iPhone and Android . it has much broader compatibility than the iPhone does outside the Apple ecosystem. It also has the most amazing security features available right now.
It uses your core android environment as a gate keeper and decoy to shield your Knox environment. It can run 3 simultaneous fully independent Android environments at once while recycling anything in common between the three to only use the resources of one.
It's much more stable and stays snappy for a lot longer due to its app optimization system. I've never had a single crash, freeze, glitch or random reboot at all. My iPhone 5s would slow down after a few months and get the misc storage bug all the time. Anytime anything weird happens on an iPhone there's no fixing it. The only solution is a hard reset and restore. The app optimizer on the S7 automatically detects glitchy, unstable or excessively resource hungry apps and notifies you and presents you with options to fix or disable the problematic app.
Glass devices are basically the best bridge for iPhone users to enter the world of Android. You can either stay or ween yourself off of all the features you're used to and then go cold turkey into cold feature barren world of stock android.
Galaxy phones basically mirror all the functionality of the iPhone but some don't go as deep. The pro audio system for galaxy phones for instance doesn't have as many apps but you can do what you want perfectly fine with what's there. It has the advantage of more hardware compatibility though. It can connect to any USB interface directly allowing it to be a full fledged pro audio studio. The iPhone doesn't have nearly as wide a range of USB support for devices.
I can go on forever but to sum it up galaxy phones benefit from exclusive hardware optimized sub systems that give it all sorts of special powers stock android can't touch, and it offers all the advantages of Android on top of that and takes all that even further.
The gear vr is another huge plus. It's hands down the most hassle free vr system and blows the daydream away in terms of performance and with the just announced motion controller along with 70 titles you get way more out of the S7 than with the iPhone 7.
The S7 can basically do anything. The iPhone is a great smart phone with very polished audio and video capabilties. It also handles games and apps very smoothly at the cost of any ability to multitask.
The S7 was the original and still is the top multitasking mobile computer with the widest range of capabilties on the planet.
mischa, 03 Jun 2017S7 is more feature-loaded than the XZ hence it requires more RAM. What features that s7 have that is not on xz and if s7 is ufs and xz manage to keep up to then xz is a better phone.
Anonymous, 03 Jun 2017Does the memory of xz is UFS?No. XZ Premium is the first and only Sony phone that has UFS storage.

mischa, 03 Jun 2017S7 of course. Sony had to update the XZ to XZs because it cannot compete with othee flagships.... moreI think not, the 3 G of ram is enough to run the device smoothly, unlike samsung that use 2k screen. I think it needs more ram and I guess you only pays for the name Samsung. If the proccesor is the same I guess xz beat samsung in speed test.
Anonymous, 02 Jun 2017S7 or XZS7 of course. Sony had to update the XZ to XZs because it cannot compete with othee flagships. XZ has 2015 specs. S7 has 2017 specs except for the processor of course.
Ali Bashir, 02 Jun 2017Absolutely the xz, and if you can find the xzs with the same price then it is better and better. I'm really disappointed with sony, I bought the XZ when it was considered as the latest flagship, then they released the XZs with the same camera as on the XZ premium with 4GB ram, I could've easily bought it if the XZ hadn't released now I've to keep my XZ which has been out performed by the two.
