Jawahar, 21 May 2013I am having this beast for past two months, Only thing I can say "Wow"... The best a... moreI'm hoping to buy this.can u give me few opinion about this phone.
Is there any problem with Lte version.thanx
I got Sony Xperia Z one month back, yesterday yesterday my screen alone got cracked.my display is good..no pixel damage and the software and every single on the phone is working really good.touch part alone is gone.. when I approached the Sony service center.. the guy tells me to pay 20000 RS for the phone..to get my phone replaced.. isn't there any solution,I worked so hard to get this phone ..and there is no service for this phone except for a replacement .
I have had this phone about a week now and absolutely love it. Quick and responsive, it switches between apps smoothly. It has plenty of RAM to burn so multi tasking isn't an issue.
The screen is pretty amazing overall. Bright colours and great detail. Yes, the viewing angles aren't great but is only really an issue if you view your phone at really weird angles. If you have your brightness quite high then this minor issue pretty much goes away.
Battery life is pretty decent. I easily get a days use out of it with about 3 hours screen time.
It is quite close to a stock Android experience as well. The Sony overlay is quite understated. The Sony Walkman app is a great music player and the Sony picture and video albums work well.
The camera is pretty decent for a smartphone. Not the best I have seen but it works pretty quickly and works well in light conditions. Quite a bit of noise in lower light situations though.
I'm buying a Sony Xperia z for a friend in cape Verdi which is west of Africa. Will it work over there? My friend will get a SIM card from cape Verdi but I've been told it mite not work HELP
The phone is truly amazing.
Design wise it's just beautiful. way better looking than the Samsung S4. the edges may be a little sharp but nothing major.
The screen is crystal clear, it's so crisp. color reproduction is natural and when the Bravia engine kicks in it shines. yes the viewing angles are subpar, but that doesn't bother me in any way.
Battery life is good enough to last through the day with normal to heavy use. which includes many phone calls, lots of whatsapp, twitter and browsing.
It's a remarkable piece of glass. My only qualm is I'm terrified of it falling and hitting the floor.
help please, 23 May 2013I need help, I dunno what to by the c6002 or c6003 I live in middle east and our service doesn... moreMate, both models are identical! The only difference is 03 got is 4g, other than that no difference at all....
I need help, I dunno what to by the c6002 or c6003 I live in middle east and our service doesnt provide 4g (LTE) but some pple say the c6003 has a better screen with better resolution, and its better in all things, i took their words and ordered it from amazon, it doesn't even come with a warranty, im afraid I made the wrong decision by choosing c6003, but I can cancel it and buy the c6002 from my country, the question is which is better?! ( I dont care about the LTE! )
I feel really sorry for guys who have problem with their Sony Z.I had some kind of luck and it working so great.I hope sony will do fast fix soon as possible.
sagar95, 23 May 2013Wanna best camera phone go for Nokia 808Who is that? Still moaning about dead Symbian 808.
Mine has yellowish screen color when looking at white images.
is this the common issue?
The Phone Was Great!
It was Lovely!
Great i dont know what to say because it was so great than ever my expectations!?
I trust you since i was in Grade 3!
Great phone guys!
Definitely Recommend it to you than HTC One..
If your battery is properly optimised, it should last a couple of days Stamina Mode) depending on your usage. The only weakness of the battery is when viewing videos otherwise it lasts as long as most others. Never experienced unusual warming up on mine, most android phones do get warm when using all that processing power and the phone warming up helps to dissipate heat away from the internals for obvious reasons. Most issues with the phone were fixed with .434 software update and the camera, screen etc is supposed to be fixed by .253 which was rolled out on 17 May. Still waiting for this in London. Anyone living in London using a sim free XZ got this yet?
adi, 22 May 2013hi.... darkark....! I live in pakistan and I want your help.... these days i'm trying to buy s... moreit's okay bro we are not Americans or Englishmen to speak it perfectly
anyways the 6602 is a 3.5g phone the 6603 is a 4g LTE if u don't have the LTE support go with the 6602 model don't make the mistake i did hehe i bought my girlfriend a 6602 and mine before her was 6603 the only difference that i put 120 usd extra cost on me i was totally stupid if u don't intend to use or subscribe to the LTE services then i recommend u to stick with the 6602 model even the battery life is better and there is not even a little warm due to the lack of the powerful LTE receiver if u ave the LTE in Pakistan and u want to subscribe it then the extra bucks is worth it it is damn fast compared to the 3.5g

My beautiful Xperia Pro also can perfectly handle ANY app and gam... morei totally agree with u the three years old specs are working like charm that leave us to one conclusion the benchmark are meant to the developers and yet they didn't even used it so why should we the normal consumers care about it like it's a life or death matter
the thing we should care about is the things u mentioned plus a screen size and resolution the other specs like the battery the ui etc etc
i would like to see more devices with intel just like lenovo the intel was always known for their performance and low power consumption
I had a similar problem with my Xperia Ion; you just need to hold the power key and voulme up button for 5 seconds, this will force restart the phone and that should do the trick:-)
