This is the best Smartphone in the market so far: Bath friendly & is weighting less.. Picture quality is the best ever
Is it right microSD, up to 64 GB? I've just read about up to 32 GB.
Had been using this phone for about 2 weeks. Here is my experience
Awesome screen display with MBE.
Audio quality is surprisingly good with external audio device.
Outstanding design(standout even with S3 note2 and iphone 5) =D
Water proof-not scare even with rainy country (malaysia).
Camera with superior auto is handy when u're lazy with the setting.
Build in speakers volume is way too low.
viewing angle is low.
Battery management could be better.

1st thing is that the JB UI of xperia series is not completely in black colour, it is something like greyish black and you are thinking that it washed out contrast.
2nd thing is that XZ has gorrila and draigontail glass.
so think before post any comment

Hopefully 4.2 and 5 are in the pipeline too.

It just needs time to adapt and measure your usage. Try it if you dont believe me. Mine says 12 hours but I can easily go over that on a normal day. After one day of heavy usage, it indicates 9 hours but now its back to 12.

hello sony are you of your mind? simply over priced! i rather choose note 2 over this
Having the xperia z is like driving a Mercedes while having galaxy s4 is like driving a Hyundai! As simple as that...
AnonD-101144, 05 Apr 2013downloaded already but still cannot move to sd card...In every thread there is someone who ask this about all phones, and there is ALWAYS someone using an older phone who say "download app2sd", and they are always wrong. You cant move apps to sd, not on this and not on Galaxy S3, S4, whatever.
You can however root your phone and create symbolic links in the app folders, there are even some apps for it. Rooting isnt very desirable but there you have the option.
AnonD-252, 04 Apr 20132 plastic layers, a screen protector and a shatter protection, sounds like a rather fragile sc... moreThe Screen Glass is not Fragile, It's the Dragintail Glass, it's even Stronger than Gorilla Glass.
But Sony put a Shatter Proof Screen on top of it (to protect, incase of very high impact on glass & galss break into peices ),
this shatter Proof screen gets scratches, & this screen has no replacements as well, (if you get too many scratches (say 10-12 months usage), you will have to remove it, but it holds the Beautiful SONY logo on it, so you'll sacrifice the SONY logo from your phone if you remove the shatter proof screen)
So what can we do to protect the Anti-Shatter Screen?
Answer: put a Normal Screen protector on it,
(Anti-Glare would be great Because im using that now)
Sony Xperia Z case + wireless charging
AnonD-102272, 04 Apr 2013For your knowledge all the commercial electronic components works in the range of 0 °C to ... moreNo. Intel processors are made to shut down at 105 Celsius, in the time it takes for it to shut down it could reach more than 120 Celsius, and even then it has a very big safety margin. Some so-called hotspots within the processor can reach much higher temperature but it's ok since even above 150 Celsius is well within safe limits.
You are talking operating range, not internal temperatures. I think most of us have seen the video of the Chinese who boil his Xperia Z, 100 Celsius, that's really nothing for an electronic device, the only problem would be amoled displays, they can't handle as high heat as LCD, I have seen a heat damaged galaxy S2,
AnonD-102272, 04 Apr 2013yeah, dragontail is strong. I drop my xperia z so many times nothing happens(I mean not crack)... moreI think it was not the Glass,
but the Shatter proof screen, you could have put a screen protector
