By the way, check the frontpage stats again, Galaxy S4 is only 50% ahead of Z now, while Z is maintaining a solid lead on One with almost 100% more daily interest. Many are talking about S4 vs One, but Z is the one to maintain stability in top spots.

No surprise when one looks at the build precision of Samsungs flagship, the S4 would even take in fish and possible small crocodiles if it fell in the river, theres plenty of room for them to squeeze in around the flimsy power button.
AnonD-124913, 29 Mar 2013Buttery smooth after updating today, good work sonyMine got a little hot while playing after the update, and i noticed Maps was using lotsa battery even if i had not opened it. It stopped though, and after a restart and many hours usage Maps has not consumed any battery at all.
Did you notice any change in speaker volume? I think the water sensor software for the loudspeaker could have a bug, maybe thats why the volume was louder suddenly. Or maybe it really got a little louder after the update.
i am now so much tempted and not able to seperate myself from this hack of the piece, its generation x item and no wonder big bang of market, lovers of gadget must taste this or you will never understand the hunger and its thirst.:)----------------sony the best among all the wellknown master pieces. i truly recommend to all smartphone lovers........

Around 5 years ago already have Water-proof phones...
I knew it because there's a Japanese guy in my Form.2 class using Casio brand phone~
It's UI is so nice and nothing can compare to it at that time...
Many of Sammy fans think that "Octa-core" is more important~
But how if accident happens?
The "Octa-core" will become "No-core"~
SONY Xperia Z will still remain "Quad-core" after the incident...
SONY FOR LIFE...^^Y
all Sony fan did you know? iOS HTC and Samsung and other company is scare of the Xperia Z...since the Z born they try to do anything to stop the interesting of this Sony smartphone..I love Samsung very much..but every body in the world must respect of the design and water protection..I never think the HD smartphone 441 ppi, reality display, quad core can put in the water..I want to tell you everything true.

I wished XZ will have a smaller sibling soon, with a 4.7" screen diag, water, dust and shock proof. And dimensions of 131mmx69mmx9mm and 3000mah battery, 32GB internal storage and 64GB uSD card. 4.7" is the optimum screen size for most users without sacrificing comfort in using with one hand.

I think Sony already gave us a best for both world, if we prefer smaller size, go to ZL, if we not bother to sacrifice a bit larger for waterproof, get the Z.
it's already the best design so far, its size only a bit larger compare to other brand flagship although its got ability to resist the dust and water.
Really appreciate SONY for this one, until today we can't find any other gadgets yet that waterproofed but without sacrificing its thinnesses. And I can said, "this is genius" .
