Anonymous, 28 Mar 2013I have to ask also, what exactly was the fate of Xperia S? I wasnt aware that anything bad had... moresony xperia s fate is continuing! thers is no end! update will come for it! just people need to hang on! when sony says they will bring a update! they will!
I bought xperia z last week. I have some minor problems..
- i think the phone is to big
- fingerprints everywhere
- the back of the fone is always heating up (is that normal?)
- the battery drains fast even in standby mode (stamina mode)
Speaker volume seems a bit louder after update to 434. I can't use it at full volume now, too much for me.

Simple this is a Xperia Z blog and you are quite clearly a Samsung apologist! To troll means annoying other fans with stupid and inane comments on their "blog". So, lesson ended, you are indeed trolling! By the way, it is kindergarten, and that is where you need to be! As for your S4, you can put lipstick on a pig but it is still a pig andin this case no amount of software will make the S4 anything more than a bit of not so cheap plastic excrement!

I guess i was like that also, but then some years ago i got a fake 16GB Kingston card... Would have saved me alot of money and trouble if i had learned from other peoples mistakes, i now hope someone can learn from my mistake and not buy card from Ebay in the first place.
Anonymous, 28 Mar 2013Yeah its a waste to go for anything smaller. And make sure its fast enough to capture full HD ... moreYes good advice stay away from ebay there are fakes going round and some people have been caught out.

Best to do anything related to the 64gb card in the fone itself,,i am no expert but its something to do with EXT4 or FAT32 and its not compatible but someone with better knowledge will explain..
A lot of sites state 32GB because that was the highest card at time of review and its using a new XC system and cannot guarantee compatibility..Mines a class 10 and when I transfer 32GB of mp3 it zooms up to 27MB/s initially but settles down at about 7.88MB/s after a while..
Its a big card to deal with so if you have to format getting all your APK'S and vids and mp3 etc back on takes hours..
Frankly speaking is nice but to me the Sony Xperia Ion fairer and better, not because of this but as I have the Xperia only comment on...
Cosmetic of this phone is not very solid susceptible to scratches REST OF IS OK

Updated to 434 now, and no problems. I guess the person who said he lost all his data was trolling.
The bad thing about updating is that i had to reboot my phone, destroyed my uptime stats. Contrary to what the eccentric people say (Lumia owners) Android does not crash or hang or anything, i guess they are talking about HTC. All my Xperia phones has been perfectly stable and never needed reboots.
on gsmarena, they say it supports 64GB external memory. on sony's website, they say 32 GB. Has anyone tried to insert 64? Please? Anybody?
hello everybody! i am the owner of the new xperia z, but i have to say that my previous phone was xperia s, and i choosed s for the quality of the camera and for the led screen. best combination ever!
