AnonD-71433, 20 Mar 2013How's the battery life? Currently using a Note-II. Is it worth the upgrade?A lot of us came from Note2, me included. The Z is a big upgrade, especially the display is so much better, lightyears ahead.
By the way, 443 ppi is not the end of the story, the human eye is hard pushed to see flaws at this pixel density but there are some cases, for example very small fonts look really great but sometimes a few letters can have visible anti aliasing. In no way a problem but let's say it's only 99% perfect.
Can't wait not available in SA yet, Sony/ericsson all the way from GH198....
Xperia Z is selling like a hot cake in india. it's out of the stock everywhere. Somehow I got my purple one. I have Note 2 also and I also like that one too but one thing I must say that xperia.z sunlight legibility is superb even in the minimum brightness. Battery life gets superior day by day with each consecutive charge. First day it did heated up but now it doesn't. The thing is that its having a powerful Snapdragon processor and gpu plus its sealed pack from everyside so there must be some opening for the heat to get out but being water and dust resistant there can'tbe any holes. For the meantime you can slightly open either the 3.5mm jack lid or charging lid. Anyway I don't have such problem now. Music quality is outstanding especially when the ClearAudio+ is turned on. Music player is also tightly integrated with social networking plus it has utilities to search more information about the song within the music player. Those who are the fans of Sony I would say it's s collection item for them. Last but not the least as far as viewing angles are concerned I would say that dude do you seriously view your phone by tilting it insted of aiming in front of yourself just like normal people do? Being a dust and water resistance phone it's still allowing memory card insertion. One word PERFECT !
I have a xperia z which i bought a few days today and the phone went dead i try to restart the phone but is not coming and i want to find out what the problem is pls help me
hey no problem even if it gets heated up...u can always use water to cool down this phone(Xperia Z)....:D

I got the black and really happy with it...thanks a ton guys heading with black.. ...sleek tuxedo black. ...gosh its out of stock in india too...have to wait a week or so.. . don't buy from croma or top 10..they sell defective ones. ..top 10 selling 60$ less. ..buy only from official sony store
Heating is not an issue
just be practical
if you jog or run for long
you yourself get sweaty and warm
same thing happens with machines :)
Sony Xperia Z defeats HTC One in Browsing speed too :D
