[deleted post]So why did you buy spare battery if you can't change battery, and may i remind you that is already past 5 am, is almost 7am, and you should be at work till 10pm so we don't expect you to post for many many hours now. And you will not be missed.
Anonymous, 24 Feb 2013I didnt get mine yet but i seen from other ppls experiences.
Speaker Quality, its tiny and... moreThe XZ drains 4 to 5 hours according to reviews by Engadget and other UK review sites. That's at 50% screen brightness.
You mentioned draining the Note II battery less than 6 hours with gaming at 100% brightness. You failed to mention that it reaches at least 8 hours of surfing at 100% brightness. At 50% brightness, it can go 8 hours of surfing and still have 20% left.
What I'm driving at and would be the purpose of these forums is that Sony would improve on integrating bigger batteries. I was a solid Sony Ericsson /Sony consumer for 10 years. I've had 5 different mobile phones they made. I stopped because they didn't improve in their battery longevity.
[deleted post]yeah why dont you post a pic of your note 2 with todays news paper cause i doubt you even own one.

Speaker Quality, its tiny and not load but sound is clear.
Talk Time, very good.
Battery Drain Ratio, not great with display on, we are talking around 5 hours. I can however drain down the battery of my Note 2 in less than 6 hours when gaming at high brightness, this is something i have to test when i receive my Z.
Camera Indoor/Outdoor Quality, in ph.arena it was the best at indoor shots, beat both ip5, sgs3, and lumia920. Also saw it beat the Htc One in indoor shots (and i also saw the ip5 beat One indoors in low light). Outdoor: All flagships do well in perfect light, its not when its easy to take a photo we need max performance, its in the challenging conditions we can separate the men from the mice.
Lags, in the review at engadget they mentioned lags in some cases, read more there.
Display Quality/Touch Quality, the display is being discussed a lot. Touch sensitivity is good afaik.
Ability of Being Waterproof, this has been proven too many times, theres no doubt its very waterproof and extremely durable. Best build quality phone by far, some of the videos are very convincing, and drop tests are not only done by reviewers, but also sony representatives, you dont see people from apple, htc and samsung dropping their phones, only sony has the confidence to do such a thing.
Full score at build and performance, great score at most other things, in average no other phone can beat it, esp not the Htc One (for me it got too small display in any case, and some like it small)

What about when you're somewhere out in the weekend? My work is out of the office at times. I commute. I don't stay in places long enough. 4 to 5 hours of total screen-on time with the XZ in my PERSONAL opinion isn't enough.
Try to expand situations not only based on your own day job. I go to places with mine. I can't even change the battery. Carrying a power bank and charger is the solution but much of a hassle.

I said 12 hours heavy duty usage. like I said there is no 1080p smartphone that does more then 12hrs hard usage except maybe the hauwei ascend d2 with 3000mah.
First off if your working you not gona be sitting and watching movies and media so the battery should last much longer. Another thing most people I know that work in offices have chargers at their desks unless you work at the northpole or the desert in isolation in which case a 3000mah battery still wont help you.
Another thing most people work from 9am-5pm assuming you leave home at 8am and get home at 6pm even if you managed to somehow have free time when you should be working to use the xperia z heavily and get 12 hours you'd still have 2 hours battery left after work and I've never heard of any one complaining about having to charge their battery at home.
Dude your comments show me that ur just butthurt from being schooled by previous sony xperia z posters why dont you go over to the bb z10 page if you wana hate.
Oh Sony came back, finally again one great phone with features and design. Really can't wait. I am really interested in what price will be, hoping not hi.
I am a user of Sony xperia Arco s and galaxy s 2, I don’t understand that why Sony and Samsung cannot give us NTFS support. In market cheap price Tab and Phone have NTFS support.
Without NTFS format support can’t keep a large movie file, (large memory card is useless)
We want the NTFS support.
Please think about that.
