Qyvz, 20 Jan 2013What happens when the battery goes kapput. You throw the phone away?u throw urself...
whats the point of making it waterproof if everybody can open the phone. common sense man.
if u open it can u make it waterproof again?
i dont like anybody to see what im doing on my phone. so for me the poorest angle visibility is the perfect phone. so if u guys like to share with everybody ur secrets, u should get samsung S3. it has the best angle visibility...
Finally the Sony comes from the hiding UNDERWORLD and will haunt everyone!! Marvellous specs and best elagant design....1080p HD 5" inch screen, bravia engine 2, krait quad cores, 13px sexy camera, expandable memory, good battery backup,"King of WATERPROOF AND DUSTPROOF"....and so much more.... I live in Mumbai heavily monsoon area with high humidity... This phone is a super investment....considering the sensors are purchased by Sony...camera is going to be really awesome... "I wanna see will iPhone,Samsung and others have balls to make their flagship phones Waterproof and dustproof which is a curse for phones today?" Other brands mainly sammy Specs may be best but what's the huge of such expensive phone if accidently falls inside toilet seat??? Regarding non removable battery...I think iPhone is selling well with the same non removable battery though I hate them except for its siri and making minute update in each year model and people are crazy blind...sammy makes cheap plastic and will never be close to this elegant built as i believe looks matter too with the engine...htc comes close to design but expandable limitations in most phones...bravia engine 2 video difference option clearly tells how amazing this phone is...this phone is the king of the year 2013...surely buying this...! Love you Sony come asap cant wait..!!!!!

I dont know how many bloody times i have to say it. THE XPERIA Z IS A TFT IPS HD DISPLAY.
AnonD-85037, 20 Jan 2013Yah your right, this is overall beast. Did the glass in front and back are not easy to break? ... moreIf you want to see the resistance, you may watch this
I hope it helps :)
PS: Is interesting how come all people use the word "beast" for this smartphone, this is telling me Sony is the man, right now in the market :)
Indeed the finest phone ever made by Sony!
As HTC has prooved that the S-LCD can compete with Amoled, so will Sony demonstrate that so can TFT.
At that ppi, there is nothing really that the competition can do, because even a better techically display goes beyond what our eyes can perceive.
So the screen is as good as it can get.
Sun visibility is more important than angle visibility, the later only matters for living room screens, because they are adressed to more viewers from different angles.
So if you worry about smth on Z's screen, worry about sun visibility.
The camers and rest of the specs are flawless and for the very first time the software actually improves the hardware in every department, bravia, walkman, cybershot departments finally deliver what was just a promise up until now!
But how much those specs will last, LG and some Chinese firms already have the answer.
For Sony's piece to last, they need continue improving the software and support this device.
For prestige and marketing purposes alone they should and they will, if they are smart, they really need to keep supporting this device like Samsung does with their Galaxy S fagships, only then they could really compete with the best.
The long term advanatges of this phone are its resistance to water, humidity speciically, which is a problem that haunts all phones, even the ones used indoor only.
And if they manage to deliver with the stamina mode, they shall leave a mark for everyone to follow...
