I do think it's a bit on the pricey side but I don't see the price dropping a lot in the immediate future..
Victor01, 13 Jan 2014Hey buddy. Flagship device always com with single sim not dual but yes instead of 4.3 it shoul... moreCompletely agree.... 4.5" would have been perfect... Xperia ZR-like...
Ever since going on-screen buttons I feel like it takes too much of the screen, and it gets in the way for some apps and games... I like capacitive buttons like my current Acro S (though I hate the double tap Home for recent apps instead of long press)
So it might be a small trade off for me...
What I know I will have to buy along with this is this:
The Magnetic Cable (the one inside the Charging Dock), a separate dock, 64GB microSD card, MHL cable, additional screen protectors and wrist strap... I love how this phones still offer the lanyard eyelet I prefer those to a bulky case...
Already reserved my money for this. Once it's out here, then it its mine.
Anonymous, 13 Jan 2014This Phone Should come in duel sim.It would be awsomeHey buddy. Flagship device always com with single sim not dual but yes instead of 4.3 it should had been 4.5/4.6 inch. Would had been a beast then?
I should pre-order Xperia Z1 Compact right now rather than buy Xperia Z1.
Fernandez, 13 Jan 2014This phone has a IPS Sreen not a TFT.You should say: this phone has an IPS screen not a non IPS one because both IPS and non IPS screens have TFT inside.
Fernandez, 13 Jan 2014This phone has a IPS Sreen not a TFT.What if I told you, an IPS screen *IS* a TFT screen...
Anonymous, 13 Jan 2014On paper it looks awesome and I would buy this if I had enough money(atm i don't even know how... moreNo need to worry about updates for this, i had Xperia Z and great updates came in a very timely fashion. Z1 Compact has an additional advantage since it is basically the same phone as Z1, Sony can use Z1 updates for this with only some minor screensize and resolution specific tweaks.
Tan Maxx, 12 Jan 2014Hope its priced near to the Samsung Galaxy Core or Sony Xperia LIts ok to be optimistic but roflmao...
Tan Maxx, 12 Jan 2014Hope its priced near to the Samsung Galaxy Core or Sony Xperia Lare you f****** kidding me, dude!!?? It priced at €499.
On paper it looks awesome and I would buy this if I had enough money(atm i don't even know how much it costs, but i'm pretty sure is way more than i can afford)...no matter how much money.this looks like the best choice.first of all,it has 4.3" so the size is perfect, awesome cpu/gpu/camera/etc.the display is 720p,but who cares,it's still good. The only thing I'm affraid is Sony, who has a stupid habbit to ruin great hardware phones with shitty software updates.hope this phone will be bugfree, not like my Xperia L,which made my seriously doubt about Sony's employees and how they test updates(if they give a shit about mid-range phones). All the best!
