Im gonna buy Xperia z1c tomorow but some say it has craacking issue? is this true?if so, what xperia phone doesnt have cracking issue?

Sony_Fan, 08 Dec 2014What do you mean never? what happens if I put screen protector on top of shatterproof sheet?Z1 Compact touch screen is made with high quality, it very sensitive too. It's fine if you want put 1-3 sheet screen protector on top of it shatterproof sheet.
I think Sony with this phone is the pioneer of high-spec mini / compact android.
Been using z1c for almost two months already.. So far it work great and no problem.. Battery life was phenomenal.. The best for me but I'm yet to try the holy grail of 4 inch phone the SONY XPERIA z3c.. Camera are great but not the best specially at night but it's still acceptable.. Superb performance and speed.. Audio just average but then again who need a loud speaker.. Not everyone want to hear your songs.. So i would rate this phone 9/10 overall rating but this just my personal opinion.. Recommend phone ♡
I have bought this phone in april. So far i'm very happy with it. No problems, no crackings, no water problems. I use magnetic desk charger. Using it a lot for calling, internet and navigation. With gps and map program (Navigator, with downloaded maps) battery lasted about 24 hour without charging (from Wladilawowo, Poland to Pärnu, Estonia, about 1000 km). What more i could want!

Since you also do not live in Kent UK, you are also gonna have problems contacting the people there. You will also be charged more for repairs. This situation would be the same for any company so this situation is your fault.

sony think i will believe because of the screen protector make my phone got water damaged, so i got no warranty..
very hot when you use that phone with 3G surfing or gamming,
trust me, very hot, and really very bad speaker performance..
i'm a SONY fans, i have sony tv, sony home theater, sony bluetooth handsfree, and a sony phone,
but sorry sony.. no more SONY PHONE IN MY LIFE!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE !!_EVER_!! experienced in my life.
I bought a Sony Xperia Z1 Compact about six months ago. After about 4 months the phone stopped working. I was getting no charging. Long and behold Sony was charging me for a bad motherboard. I later put together that if you put too much pressure in the back corner of the phone, then it will break off the part that connects the battery to the motherboard. And no, you cannot buy the part.
After sending it to Sony (Kent, UK) location, I received a quote to pay £128.08 ( £90.85 for "electric repair", £24.17 "handling fee", and £13.06 for shipping). I tried asking what the electrical repair was and they said they had to escalate this to a "escalations manager" to provide the information. After five days I got a call saying the phone is not under warranty and that the phone needs to be fixed. I told them I wanted to know what the electrical repair was for as I didn't do anything to break it, so I want to challenge the charges. I also wanted to know why they were charging me nearly double the cost of shipping the unit back to me. I sent the item to them for £7.50 with £500 insurance, and they wanted £13.06 for shipping it back to me.
Long story short, I've called them 3-4 days a week asking for a manager to call me back and the employees who answer the phone just kept telling me that they would email the escalations engineers to call me back. In addition, they would not allow me to talk to the call center duty manager. It's been nearly two months and I have not received a call back from a escalations manager or received any new information otherwise. I keep being told that the escalation managers are not available and that I can either pay the fee or ask for them to return the phone back. Oh, also that it's not under warranty because I broke it.
The day I get this phone back I am selling it, and never buying a Sony product as long as i live. Learn from my mistake and save yourself the hassle.
Sony doesn't even fix their own phones, which is why they will take days if months to even get you information about your repair.

I just purchased my new Z1 as well! (Compact) Not sure if people are on here just trolling!!! Pretty sad as this gives GENUINE users like myself a negative view on the phone! Luckily I've no regrets in purchasing this as it's a beautiful handset! Thanks once again for your comment!
