i have updated my Xperia Z2 to android 5.0 lollipop and after updating it when i connect my headphones/earphones it doesn't get connected and not even shows in the notification centre for the headphone connected. I tried using setting - accessories option and smart connect everything, i even used the same headphone in different phone but it work very nicely but did not work in z2 but still it doesn't work when i connect back into z2, i even tired different headphones/earphones and still same issue. Does anyone have the same problem.?? Can any one please help.?? Please do respond me the solution here : saurabhkanjilal888@gmail.com.

i used more than 6 months my sony xperia z2 i did'nt get problem,
it's perfect.

I'm about to get a Z2 to replace my 2nd Z1 that replaced my first Z1 that replaced my Z that replaced my original Experia. 1st replacement under Sony warranty due to cracked screen from being dropped- the original was "shock proof". Didn't realise Z wasn't "shock proof" so dropped that too, had to use insurance for that one, and the subsequent handsets that have all had cracked screen rendering whole phone unuasable- very very fragile! Would change if any other good waterproof handsets were available.

The AR coating makes the image clear and noise free and controls backlight.

Unfortunately the z2 is a complete failure as a phone or speaking. If you don't speak and would like a great smart device with 4g, then it's great. Now on the 3rd revision software you can do some everyday things normally, like record videos with good sound. Some basic errors have give unresolved, anyone test their phone & say if a voice call from your sim card has stereo loud speaker working on any official firmware?
Customers shouldn't have to fight companies to fix such basics.

Satisfied Z2 owner here. very good performance and battery life despite of its features, and considering that android phones usually don't have good battery performance. running 5.0.2 already. :)
However, is there some alternative to the stock camera app that anyone can recommend me (and other camera junkies) to have on Z2? it seems that it doesn't reach the full potential of the 20.7mp hardware that much as I expect, even when I'm using the manual options.

Hello guys i have this problem! I hover my finger over the screen and it registers as a touch but i dont touch the screen! I sent it to service they changed the screen but the problem still persist unbelievable!
Anyone else has this problem?
And something else what you believe its better temperes glass or screen protector?

I plugged my z2 to a 6 way extension cord at 8.00PM and at 5.00AM a notice on the phone said "not charging. battery is being drained faster than charging". Knowing that apps drain battery charge, I uninstalled most of the apps. But charging still slow. I am not able to figure out. Is there any way I can speed up charging time as I do not have time to wait for my phone to charge to reasonable level, except at night?

Has anyone experienced the self cracking of front screen or the back on xperia z2 here?.I'm planning to buy this phone but i'm confused after reading about the self cracking and overheating issues.please do share your experiences with the phone.
