I think warranty only covers software related problems and not physical damaged kinda thing and stuff.

Guys! I am having a problem with my z2 here in Cambodia. One day there was a small line of broken glasses on the back of my phone. It was minor so I didn't care about it. However, the next day i accidentally dropped it to the floor and there were two to three long lines of broken glasses. It really looked disgusting. What should i do? Btw, this phone didn't come with hardware warranty. :(

AnonD-401824, 01 Jun 2015Be careful with that phone.Very prone to screen cracking.Screen cracks easily like mine.I broke the back screen of my phone but luckily not my camera. Should I continue to use it or replace it with the new back screen?

Im using this phone for about 4 months...doing great up to now..updated to lollipop 5.0.2..working well after update..esp battry life is awsome..it lasts 2-3 days...only issue is phone is getting HOT after using 10-15 min...i dont know its normal or not ...i think sony should think about this issue in future..thank you...

Xperia z2 is awesome, i use to be faster than devices sometimes buh what i observe in my xperia z2 is fuckn awesome, am ok with d phone coz i can do anythn without slow, gaming nd video recordn d game? wow dats fantstc, i even use to swim with my lovely x2 nd i've never occur a single problem, thanks to you SONY u r the best.

Guys your feedback will... morehello, update your z2 to latest 5.0.2, do an factory reset after the update, and will not get hot ever again! just a little but warm, it.s a very good phone! also protect it with tempered glass both back in front fa.ce!

Guys your feedback will... moreoverheating is a common problem with all devices equipped with Qualcomm snapdragon 801 chipset which sony xperia z2 is one of those devices, it's more noticeable with the z2 due to the thin profile and the back is made of glass
