Im using this phone for about 4 months...doing great up to now..updated to lollipop 5.0.2..working well after update..esp battry life is awsome..it lasts 2-3 days...only issue is phone is getting HOT after using 10-15 min...i dont know its normal or not ...i think sony should think about this issue in future..thank you...

Xperia z2 is awesome, i use to be faster than devices sometimes buh what i observe in my xperia z2 is fuckn awesome, am ok with d phone coz i can do anythn without slow, gaming nd video recordn d game? wow dats fantstc, i even use to swim with my lovely x2 nd i've never occur a single problem, thanks to you SONY u r the best.

Guys your feedback will... morehello, update your z2 to latest 5.0.2, do an factory reset after the update, and will not get hot ever again! just a little but warm, it.s a very good phone! also protect it with tempered glass both back in front fa.ce!

Guys your feedback will... moreoverheating is a common problem with all devices equipped with Qualcomm snapdragon 801 chipset which sony xperia z2 is one of those devices, it's more noticeable with the z2 due to the thin profile and the back is made of glass

same here my Z2 suddenly gets hot.. but probably has something to do with the apps running in the background??... dunno exactly what's causing this..

Great phone, good performance, good display and great battery life.
But it seems to be very fragile, especially from the back side.
Mine is shattered from the back due to a small fall, and my brother just bought one a week ago and it has already cracked without even falling.

i bought a brand new sony xperia z2 before six months.After four months back glass broken automatically , few days back my screen too cracked automatically. No warranty or guarentee will be getting for physical damage. So i should pay for its repairing...

Sony is good in producing quality phones but they're poor in application optimization.
Whenever I play heavy games, my phone gets hotter and when it can't handle the rising remperature, it will force close the app.

AnonD-401139, 30 May 2015Xperia Z2 is simply an awesome device. But lately after my upgrade to lollipop, I don't get no... moremy advice to you is to do a factory reset after updating your software in order to not face any problems, back up your data because it will be all wiped during the process

Xperia Z2 is simply an awesome device. But lately after my upgrade to lollipop, I don't get notifications for incoming SMS and other similar apps like before. This's really frustrating as I want to be notified with sound not just vibration when I have an incoming mail, sms and so on..
Am I the only one with this problem?
I need a fix please.

I bought this phone in November 2014 and still using it and it is pretty damn awesome! Even Z3 and Z3+ haven't made me change this phone! Z2 is worlds best phone ever made until now. Battery life of Z2 has no competitor till now! I would highly recommend this phone to anyone who is seeking for excellent performance with GREAT battery life in one smartphone :)
