Hey everyone, I really like your comments here... I bought my Z2 early last week after reading your comments, but now I need some help.
I my z2 had great battery life, amazing really. I noticed that immediately. But then I downloaded Lollipop (over wifi), and then factory reset the phone. My batter has been bad ever since then.
Could someone please give me thorough instructions on how to fix it...? Please help.

Had it a almost a year and no problems at all, still looks brand new... more100% totally agree, the update has made the Z2 a true beast, getting an improved battery proformance on top of this great piece of kit. The phone is a lot smarter with lollipop and just to add, you can now save onto your Micro SD Card (yippee). Which smartphone has the best rating on GSMARENA and that was without KitKat: The Sony Z2

Xperia z2 users who have lollipop installed, i want to ask you about it, does it worth update from 4.4.4, i know that lollipop dont have xloud i saw it on review but, and i know that you can move app's to sd card, but what i really want to know is the audio drives, does it sound better? notification/call/alarm sound increased? also is the callers sound sounds louder, when taking a call cuz now on 4.4.4 i can barely hear it,because my xperia z alarm/notification/call sounds so loud and i can hear the caller even in crowdy street... but with the z2 i can't hear the caller, or can but barely when not using headphones... so is it changed in lollipop? you had 4.4.4 and now lollipop so you should know if its changed. btw you can get back kitkat from lollipop using Helium or Flashtool (thats what my friend said)

Prasanth, 19 Apr 2015Chinnu mole, there is no option to downgrade the phone. But you can go to Xperia service cente... moreNo need to go to service center to downgrade. Just download the Kitkat firmware and flash it urself via Flashtool.

Maddy , 19 Apr 2015After I installed lollipop 5.0 update my z2 start getting frozen I don't know what to do now..... morethe latest lollipop update for xperia z2 is 5.0.2 and if you see the bug for this version you'll just try to connect your phone into the pc (Sony Companion) for repairing your xperia z2.
I will tell you honestly my xperia z2 upgraded to lollipop 5.0.2 version using MAC and the result are amazing user Interface and superb camera in short no bugs found from now.
Some people say about xperia z2 bugs
- 4K Video overheating
- low power battery
- non responsive touch screen
- camera non focus in fast way

Just upgraded to Lollipop. Very impressed, they really have taken into account usage stats etc to improve small things in the interface. No change to battery life, still great.

Please don't update to the lollipop 5.0 version..
Kitkat is way better than lollipop 🍭..
Waiting for Sony to give another update over lollipop 5.0.2 or will downgrade to kitkat only..
Please can anyone tell me can I downgrade to 4.4.4 n if yes where should I go in India..
