the battery will last longest if it is not allowed to fall below 50-60% ideally.i mean u should charge before it falls below 50%ideally.and do a charge from 0%every month.

But i m getting 8 hour and 30 min screen on time only with wifi on. And my brightness is set to lowest, with stamina and low battery mode on. I greenified all apps except avg antivirua
My ringer is off. No vibrationon typing also
After every measure i m getting 8 hour and 30 min screen on time. Please help me resolve the problem. Or is it normal?

Good phone with good performance and to have good music to your ears change the ear buds to small buds its very good rocking performance thanks to sony to provide a good featured phone with camera, RAM, Processor with cooling pipe installed in Z2 with helps to cool down very soon.

The international variant which I got has no noice cancellation headphones. You mustn't go for international version.

after upgraded 5.0
when ur screen is off u press camera dedicated button
is much faster than before 4.4.4 and 4.4.2 and the volume is back instead like 4.4.4 CRAP
If u dun like the LOLIPOP UI I would recommended u to 4.4.2
Reason
much better battery life than lolipop and 4.4.4
smoother camera 60FPS instead 24FPS after upgraded to 4.4.4

i opened my z2 back screen for changing the chip...now its ok...but once back screen is open is it sure that it will b waterproof still? sorry for my bad english...plss reply guys

My phone is discharging fast on wifi and also when I m sending texts. The is my first Android phone bought 1 week ago. I may be overreacting since this is my first Android phone. Brightness at zerobwith wifi on, I switched through different websites for hour and mostly three to four webpages on it gave me around 12 hours straight. Is it normal or my phone eating up my battery. Android in phone is 4.4.4 from the box. Should I downgrade it to 4.4.2 to make the battery life better. Please help me.

I have used iPhone 5, 5s, 6 and Sony Z3 compact(which is also brilliant without any doubt), Nokia lumia 830, Htc one M8 (also a good phone) and of course Samsung like S3, S4, Alpha.
Now I have Xperia Z3. I am fully satisfied with Sony because of its qualities of UI, battery life, performance, water resistance and resolution.
I shall say all these 3 mobile operating systems have their own qualities but I give number
1. Android
2. IOS and
3. Windows
Thanks there is no Samsung in your choice :)
