Sony Ericson k300i> sony xperia u>sony xperia S>sony xperia z and last week 12/02/2015 i bought z2. every thins is better than z only display is poor. by comparing both phns in my won display of z is best.

Did anybody tried to fix any thing from inside and obligated to open the phone?
It happened with me and always after that the back side cover didn't back to normal. And lost water proof advantage.
Is there any body faced the same?

Flip cover... more- Buy a magnetic dock for charging so you don't open them.

- Haven't used the Note 3, but the Z2 is a pretty fast phone on its own.
- What extra features do you want? Most of the smartphones on the market are "simply Android".
- The system files must occupy certain amount of the storage, don't they?
- On my Z2, 2,7 GB of RAM is the total memory, of which only 1,3 are occupied when in normal usage.
I really dislike when people who actually haven't used a certain phone try to comment on its pros or cons.

If you already know how to test waterproofing without placing your device in the testing waters, you can skip this. This is for the ones who aren't acquainted with the method yet.
You can actually test your device's waterproofing without dipping it in the water. You need: (1) Pressure sensor. (2) Working and tight flaps.
(1) You need to get a program that shows the live values on the pressure sensor. Other than accessing it from the call menu, you can use the app CPU-Z.
(2) Make sure you are able to view the live values on the pressure sensor.
(3) Open a/the flap/flaps. Press on the screen. If the pressure doesn't rise, well and good. It shouldn't rise.
(4) Close the flaps tightly. Press on the screen. If the pressure rises significantly (at least 8 numbers) and drops while you are still pressing it, well and good again. It should rise and drop.
(5)Do a number of pressure tests with the flaps closed just to see if the pressure really rises on some amount.
If you passed (3) and (4), then your device should be waterproof.
I did this on my Z2 though it can't last for long underwater because of the loose flaps. Have to hold them tightly in place just to be safe.

FOR, 14 Feb 2015Guys plz tell me which is the best for me between xperia z2 and s5....plz post ur opinionHey, i used both. screen wise s5 is better, whites are white and white in z2 is a bit of greyish yellow (watch the youtube video for the comparison of both screen)..
also another thing is s5 uses the latest tech on camera which is they call ISOCELL sensor, watch the video on youtube for camera comparison. it even better than note 4. s5 is the only smartphone that uses isocell, note 4 uses CMOS sensor from sony.
the only disadvantage of s5 is the front camera and the build quality.. z2 is made up of metal while s5 is pure plastic..

I will never say that it is better than S5 because S5 has a lot of sensors.. So it depends on you which feature YOU want..
