Anonymous, 12 Feb 2015Please No hardly tech comp comparison to Sony Z2! But the fact is that it has and runs 5.0.1 smoothly. Even 4.4.4 in xperia does not have art runtime option.

I admit that Asphalt 8 is a very big and it causes heat to all types of smartphones but the thing is when my phone ran 4.4.2 android I also installed this game on my phone. I noticed that I played it for about 30mns and my phone was actually not hot as it is right now and it consumed only about 4-5% of the battery. Right now, it consumes as much as 5% for only 5-10mns of playing time. Really want to go back to 4.4.2 android but let's see how android lollipop can change the things. Anw, hope it comes out at around the end of feb, but i heard it may come out in the beginning march.

Its the game which is high end and uses a lot of energy and processor so don't you worry about the heating issue.. Its usual in other smrtphones as well.. Now the lollipop update will be hopefully coming in last week of feb..

I have had this phone (Xperia Z2 (white)) for about 1 month and I would like to have my say on its battery life. During the first week of usage after purchasing, the battery life was freaking good and there was no heating problem at all, but at that time my phone ran 4.4.2 android. However, after updating to 4.4.4 android, the batter life lasts only as half as it used to be on android 4.4.2,and my phone gets heated when I play big game like Asphalt 8, Fifa 14... Right now, I'm waiting for the arrival of android lollipop. If you guys have any idea about the offcial release date, mind sharing me some?
