The last thing they said was: Send it back. It shouldn't sound like this. It's something wrong to the phone. So that didn't work. And this is the second phone with the same problem. And a friend have the exact same problem with her's.

mine doesn't have any voice clarity issue,nor glass alignment.It's a very nice phone (i'm using it since last week, coming from SG Note 3).

Sony exreia is good,always update...
and i never experience in any problem in my phone

I face a problem that when i talk to someone in the phone (voice call) his voice becomes not clear for roughly 8 seconds in the middle of the call and then becomes clear again,so does it a network defect or it is a phone defect??

True facts about Z2 (don’t listen to liers/haters):
Good;
-fast responses with no lag
-battery life (in stamina mode) with normal usage 2 to max 3 days, at heavy usage like gaming all the time etc. 1 day to max 1 and a half day (with Android 4.4.2), you have also Ultra stamina mode on Android 4.4.4 but in that mode you can only use basic functions (no wi-fi, live wallpapers...) so battery life extends to few days
-good camera, lot of settings in manual mode, more fx in Android 4.4.4, it heats when recording in 4K but it doesn’t overheat (it can overheat in regions that are wormer than 35 degrees celsius), good digital stabilisation (better than some that have optical, suprisely...)
-heat issue explained: there are many people that say Z2 has heating problem but that’s not true, other phones like Galaxy S5, Lg G3 etc. also get hot while recording in 4K or are running intensive graphical apps so thats not an issue of the phone model itself
-display is great, it produces nice colors and has great viewing angles, no display issues
-hardware: there is no problems with gsm, gps, wifi or bluetooth antenna, also NFC is working normaly, no issue with micro SD card reading or sim card, processors chip set is working good, also camera shutter...
-any other "problems" that users complain like sensors issues can be solved in OS settings menu because in many cases some settings for the phone are activated or deactivated and therefore you’ve must manualy do it yourself
-it has verry nice stereo speakers, it’s true that they are not so loud like HTC One’s but they are better than from all other phones out there
-headphones are unique, they have their own "noise canceling" from outside/inside ambient noises for better sound quality and they work only for this model
Bad;
-it could have better screen protection (I recommend to buy a 0,3mm glass protection)
-it could have more internal memory like 32 or 64 GB
-it has non removable battery (it lasts long but not forever)
So there you have it, enjoy with your new Z2

Sounds like you are sitting in a jar and talking and others can't hear what you are saying.
A friend of mine allso have a white and the same problem on hers. 4 other friends have the black colour and don't have any problems at all. Not fun at all.
