I have been using this great smartphonesince last week,and believe me guys its one of the best phones I have ever used. Overall performance is beyond expectation level. Battery,camera,processor,display,sound quality and specially the dust & water resistivity are amazing

For me, it's one of the most beautiful phones out there after the HTC one. Also, its performance is excellent. Battery life is great. The Camera is superb. You will get the best photos taken with a smart phone.
Unfortunately, There are 2 big issues that does not make me recommend this phone.
First of all, one of the most distinguishing features of the phone is being water resistant. However, the card slot cover keeps falling off! we have 5 Xperia phones in our house and 2 of them had a loose card cover. This, of course, is a big problem since it should be water resistant.
I had SonyEricsson's Xperia Active before. It was a wonderful phone at that time, but it got damaged in water because the USB cover was not secured properly (though it was closed).
Still, Sony didn't deal with this problem and they produced a phone with a loose cover. Therefore, you should be very careful when you are next to a wet surface. Make sure all the covers are secured and hold it with care.
The second and most irritating problem is the screen ruggedness . This phone should handle falls from 1.5 meters and it has been marketed as a semi-rugged phone. However, My brother and my wife both shattered their screens after a fall from less than a meter! and of course, changing the screen will cost around USD 370!! Which is almost the price of a new phone. Also, after the screen crushed, it's not functioning at all! nothing works. So you can't use it with a shattered screen like most phones.
I have Dropped my HTC one (M7) hardly on asphalt twice and I have no problems throwing it around. My 20 months daughter plays with it and throw it around on ceramic surfaces and it didn't break. I just got some scratches on the aluminum frame.
Also, my wife had a Samsung Note 2. The screen is cracked in half from the upper right corner to the lower left corner. She dropped it in water with the crack. It was functioning badly for few months. But she was able to use it after cleaning the inner parts (without costing a dime).
Now, after 4 months, The phone just got back to life! as if nothing happened to it!
Still, the screen is cracked but the phone is functioning flawlessly.
I think those 2 issues will prevent me from getting an Xperia phone the next time I think about buying a new phone. It so sad though as I really love the Camera and design. The phone is wonderful but let's face it, who treat his phone with such delicacy? We move around here and there and we drop our phones a lot. Would you jeopardize all the money you paid for a flagship phone and lose over a cracked screen?

and the design is so nice~
Im not prefer buy Z3 cause not much difference and Z3 don't have my purple colour...
and z2 battery is quite amazing. 100% can support me play game for 1day++

AnonD-253920, 29 Sep 2014My Z2 takes approximately 4 hours to get 100 % charge. Is it normal?? I never let the battery go down below 20% so it takes around 2-2.5 hours to get fully charged, i use wireless charging which i got free with the phone & rarely use the regular charger.

its a beast... its cam is awesome.. audio clarity is also nice and give tremendous viewing anglee.. but I am facing some issues.. one is its
over heating prblmm.. when it connect to Internet its heat become high and very difficult to carry.. then I put a cover on it.. then also o can feel it.. and another is when I immerse it in water and take up at that time I play music sound get decreased in my device aftr some time it get increased constantly.. is it a prblm or not?? give me an answer and... athe worst part is till this time I cannot get any 4.4.4 updation while othrr top end smartphones has.. and also has some wifi issuess.. I think bugs creating this prblmss.. pls give me an answer..

this is absolutely best phone that i have seen so long ,,the image quality is tremendous ,good resolution vedio quality ,its hardware process is amazing so far i didnt get and heard any complaints about this phone
