AnonD-276592, 01 Aug 2014Call functions is always a problem for Sony phones and fans get mad at me. I had 5 Xperia phones and never had a call problem. It seems the problem is restricted to a few countries, none of them are known for having reliable networks, maybe Sony is more sensitive than certain other brands but the network is still the cause. Try to buy a sim for another network and see if the problem persists, but make sure that you use a different PHYSICAL network, many network operators use the same physical net and then it will not make a difference.

it's my third day with Z2 upgraded from note 3
literally best battery life on a smartphone
never crashed nor freezed
the UI is cool easy to learn and get used to
awesome camera
it lasted about 10 mins on 4k vid until it got hot
the features are cool
design is awesome i don't want to use a cover because of its beauty
nice display
not that loud speakers but i can't complain
awesome phone in fact
my friend started complaining of his galaxy s5 since day 1

Today updated to the latest firmware 17.1.2.a.0.314. Totally 1.3 gb nearly and could only be updated when connected to a PC or laptop. Cannot update via wifi.
Amazing improvement in the tap to wake option. The screen is highly responsive to touch than before. Call quality improved and loudspeaker performance also improved.

im not satisfied with tis problem
1) no expandable volume ( something like shortcut to adjust media/clock volume at homescreen instead of incoming call ringtone volume ,i will stick with custom rom)
2) flashlight very bad ... even 4s is brigther :(
3) overheating 4k at 6minutes ( i think next update will only allow 5minutes )
4)cant disble battery low led quite annoying when i watching movie
5) wifi dropping ... i think sony will fix on next update :/
6) camera settings are lags !!
7) background defocus is so unrealistic
