In day to day life no one is going to use their phone just to make phone calls for a duration of one hour or just watch videos for one hour and leave the phone on standby for the rest of the day (that is how gsmarena tests battery life).... we all do different stuff with our phones so battery usage depends from person to person....

i got the z2 phone is not water proof i put it in a fish tank & now the display is not wrking send for repairs but rest everythng about the phone is good

Bought a new Z2 few days ago and totaly dissapointed in battery life.I am using htc one m8 and this,but i have noticed that the battery on my M8 lasts few hours longer.i don't know under what circumstances they test battery endurance,but the results are totaly different in real world...

M8 is the flawless, 26 Jun 2014Didn't we tell you only HTC M8 that brings satisfaction? S5 & Z2 are full of problems just... moreOf course you are right! Which is why I sold my M8 today due to the screen dying on me! Google my HTC One M8 screen won't turn on and check the results. Managed to get it going by holding power button and volume up for 10 seconds after googling a solution. Got rid to CEX!

Just because a website chooses to report one or two isolated incidences, it does not make it fact. I wonder what those idiots did to the phone beforehand? Do they understand the particular qualities of glass? If you want to troll, I think you chose the wrong forum!

Z2 is the worst product of Sony.
I am using it since last week.
The camera quality is not even par with my last IPhone 5.
Big pixels dosent mean the lense is better.
It heats and shut down the camera after 10 to 20 pics
Out of 3gb ram 2 gb is always occupied.
M not going to buy any Sony product in future and going to sue the compny for my 46 thousand that I have been robed by z2.

Take it to a service center and get it checked. Thats the best you can do...

Htc one m8 is not bad either but the camera is not at par with other flagships. Moreover duo camera is some what gimmicky.... but if you dont mind the camera resolution then it is perfect.

I've been using the z2 for around 2 weeks now, coming from the HTC One
I absolutely love this device. It's not afraid different, it stands out and does everything very well.
Sure! its a little large, and the shape / feel isn't to everyone’s tastes however it's features makes up for that. The 20.7 MP camera is fantastic.
Before i got the Z2 i had the HTC One then HTC One M8 - i felt like the camera was seriously lacklustre - its virtually the same camera with an added sensor. On the other hand, the Z2's camera is a serious beast
Anyone who buys this phone (who doesn't mind the size and shape) will be impressed and won't wish they purchased the HTC M8 or Samsung S5 a few days down the line!
