could not install new software version. Please try again.
I got this message when I try to install the new marshmallow update.. i downloaded it and pressed install.. Then the mobile restrts but never continue to fill the android bar.. And it opens and this message appear.. What should I do?
And why is this happen?

After I've updated to 6.0
Two day after my lovely Z2 dead.
They(service centre) can't even fix.. so I decided to Z5.
But one of my friend updated 6.0 nothing happen.. I've no idea is my lovely Z2 problem or 6.0 problem (sad)

i advise all of you to stay with kitkat and lollipop... nothing is better than that coz the phone is performing perfectly and i dont need to update it... the update is better fo the phones 2016&2015/late models

marshmallow is total crap. cant get to my contacts list, dialing pad and flickers every now and again. Don't even mention the battery, gets consumed in seconds. Sony please do something about this..........sick*

Anonymous, 06 Jun 2016I've got Z3 running lollipop 5.1.1... Do you recommend me to update to marshmallow?well its very person to person. I'm really enjoying marshmellow UI, Performance , better camera app, better scope for customization than lolipop. also missing the Stamina feature, Good ram management which was present in lolipop and x reality. so its your decision.

My Z2 literally drops 1% of battery every 30 seconds (of... morethat's not normal and for sure its not related to Marshmallow, i got my update about 3 days now, and as usual after any major update i ve done a factory reset and its owsome for sure i miss mode stamina but i dont see any big diff right now, its flued beautifull nothing to report right now execpt the fact that i cant associate a picture to my user account that's it :D

But I have tried to with pc companion but same problem error the download update OK m waiting for the bug fixes update I hope I get the marshmallow update
