Lets s... morefirst, you said you have Z Ultra and then in another paragraph, you said Z2 isn't much louder than SGS5, M8, etc. You have Z Ultra, but you don't have Z2 and you act like you've heard Z2's sound. It doesn't make sense. I bet you not yet see XZ2 new firmware photo samples.

Only got mine yesterday but really liking it so far.
Massive difference and massive in size in comparison to my GS4.
Screen is great & although the phone is big I think it feels fine in the hand and is nowhere near as hard to use or slippery to hold as reports I've read.
Ringtones aren't overly loud, and neither are the 2 front facing speakers when playing music, but they sound far better than anything else I've heard apart from the HTC One.
Don't like having to lift the flap to charge the phone so I'll be buying the charge dock as soon as I get my 50% off voucher from Phones 4 U.

If you are trying to imply that BMW and Benz has user replaceable batteries then you should have another look. Like people swap their car batteries every afternoon? Thats the most ridiculous claim i heard in a very long time. And, I bet a cellphone technician can change the battery of Z2 faster than one can change the battery of an average car.
About having access, you have access to lots of parts of a car, that doesnt mean they are user replaceable or can be swapped in an instant.

Nokia e90 was a super premium phone back then. And its battery was removable.
My plastic samsung phone had battery issues. And what i did? Bought a new one, put it on, and it's ready to go.

Nothing interesting. Sony always put something in their phones for somebody to comment. Lets say the sound quality. My Z Ultra the sound from its loud speaker is stereo but very low. Some video playback cannot even be heard even inside the room. Very poor compared to Samsung and HTC….. Nice build but again the bezel (up and down the phone) were too prominent. Why Samsung and HTC can produce a phone with very less bezels and Sony which is the the most pioneer in the industry cannot do? Blogs told that that it might be because of the thickness of ZUltra why the sound is of very low volume. But see the again in Z2 which is thicker, the sound is just a little bit louder than the ZUltra with very less bass? Compare it with S4, S5 anf HTC M8 how powefull are their loud speaker. Another thing is that Sony is pioneer in photography but why the images from the phone camera cannot even compared to Oppo? Washed and green becomes whity like old images stored in the vault taken during the 70′s. I think its because of what they called WHITE MAGIC. Greens and reds are washed and whity. Actually Samsung’s images are far better. I have Samsung S4 and i noticed that color reproduction is far better. 443ppi and 2.2mp front camera? HTC 1 M8 has around 600ppi and 5mp front camera. So what can you say?

In the UK and Carphonewarehouse is already selling them from its online warehouse. Poor show by Sony but understand if they have some components availability issues. Not good for their sales and reputation which they have been working hard to re-build. Guessing they will put back the release of the Z3 to allow the sales of the Z2 to get traction. Having bought the S5, I would advise people to wait for the Z2. The S5 is a good phone but the build quality leaves a lot to be desired, the snap on back on mine has already come off a couple of times with the case I use to protect it! I suspect it will need to be replaced sometime soon and it so flimsy when playing music, it is annoying to hold! hope you have some good news soon.

What a dissapointing company Sony is for longest delay (3 up to 7 months) of Sony Xperia Z2 selling to public, as reported. # I'm one of those thousands people who had been waiting this product (Sony Xperia Z2) for so long. # Now I (or we all) should have to take a look at and switch to another more well-prepared alternative SmartPhones. # Great Gadget in tech. means nothing if it is not in line with its good marketing system and satisfying after sales & customer service. # Sony has to learn what Samsung's Marketers and Sales had done well so far in last current years. # When it comes to business and user's satisfaction, marketing does matter.

Slayer, 19 Apr 2014Mine is being delivered on Tuesday(22/04)! In stores on 1 May.Are you from UK? Cos 1 May is the launch date for UK. Look, to some of you this may not be a problem (Taiwan, Singapore, UK, Canada) but for major country, this is a big problem since they don't know the release date yet (or won't be released at all). And look at Samsung, they manage to launch on 125 countries at the same time. And Sony can't even make 10?

I have purchased Xperia Z1 2 months back and recently I have applied Kitkat 4.4 upgrade. After that I started experiencing a typical problem. The device does not charge when connected to external power source (wall mount charger/laptop USB port). It says device is discharging faster than it charges. And also the handset becomes very hot. I have found many other users are also experiencing same problem and apparently Sony has no fix for this problem. So anyone planning to buy Xperia Z2, please keep this typical issue in mind. It might get inherited from its predecessor - Xperia Z1.
